final project for the spring semester; 3min runtime, animated narrative music video based on a concept by my boyfriend chase.
audio was used with permission and can be found here- • Flame Repellent (NSF)
prolly woulda looked a lot nicer if i had used pretty much any other animating program but ya gotta make due i guess
im just kinda glad this weight is off my shoulders so i can draw whatever i want whenever i want without the guilt of an incomplete project on the back of my mind lmaoooo waddup biches cha boi iz bak B^} hootie hoo i have been awake for 4 days straight now which is a new personal record

I feel as if this is a huge metaphor for Lgbt people hiding their identity so people will love them, and the monster is the fear and anxiety of the hatred they may or may not receive, but when they fight that fear and are courageous enough to show the public their sexuality they received love and acceptance.

I love this Scotch. You did a great job on it and hope you got awesome grades! The plot was cute, the characters are lovable and show they care for each other and others, it shows love can be anywhere, no matter who holds it. The animation itself was very good, with hand drawn frames and tweened ones (I think, you can correct me if Im wrong) little to no mistakes and vibrant, eye catching colours that are not too bright and the colour pallet is pleasing to look at. You did a wonderful job on this dude! I wish you the best with your animations, love life, education and life in general☺️💙
