FYI: Redmond salt is high in lead. I used Celtic salt and then switched to Redmond unfortunately they both tested high for lead.

I went to the Dallas Farmers Market today. I couldn't find the place you bought the fresh/frozen meat. Was it inside the building or on the outside in the canopy area with all the different vendors? Anyway, lovely apartment. ❤

The apartment is so cute mashallah! Not sure what your goal is but if you wanna gain weight try adding calories with protein shakes and smoothies with dates and peanut butter etc. I was 5'9" and 115 at my lowest weight and now I'm 160 and feeling much stronger and more energetic. Africans in general focus so much on weight it drove me crazy when I was skinny. As long as you are healthy and feel good then who cares. You're beautiful queen 😘😘

Thank you! I love dates so I will definitely try eating more with protein shakes! For some reason fruit smoothies make my stomach hurt but eating fruits doesn’t. I want to be at least 130’s somewhere in the middle of my weight range for 5ft 7in.
