do you think anyone gives a fuck about what you do because you're the one that made that happen as far as getting federally charged by the feds and because of what you did makes a big impact negatively on the rest of us who have licenses unlike what you did stupidly making your own explosives that you shouldn't have even done it's a little shits like you that deserve to be locked up for life‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

You can still make your own as long as the state allows it. just light it OFF within 24 hours, and don't drive it anywhere

Very informative video and pretty much spot on about the european rules. But here we do have both classifications for fireworks. 1.4g to 1.1g and also F1 up to F4. F1 is mainly small overprices fountains with a maximum of 7.5 gram powder and the sparks may not get higher and wider than 1 meter (3 ft). And F2 are all consumer fireworks like you guys have in the USA except the inside size of the tubes may not be larger than 30milimeters (1.2inch). So no-abs are noy allowed within the F2 category. Same goes for reloadables like ball shells and canister shells. In some country's they are allowed but sadly not in my country (the netherlands). Thanks for the video :)🎉

Nice informative video. I learned a lot i didnt know about. Also i stopped by at boom city today and i got little stuff like novelty stuff for 100 bucks and im really happy and pumped to buy the big stuff in two weeks or a week and a half. Whenever you have time can you make a firework shopping vid at boom city and lighting some stuff off at the light off place if you can and want to bro? Just a suggestion. Love your content and keep on doing what you’re doing.

Your videos kick ass & you don't want any controversy. You don't want to talk about certain things. Fine. I'm just different & don't mind talking about my fireworks legal issues. We're all different & that makes the world interesting. I got in trouble for homemade fireworks long ago, learned from it, & all is good. Trouble is a good teacher. I just researched Boom City and now see how one can get in trouble for what they might buy at the reservation (not at Boom City).

The indian reservation is its own thing. It's still grounded federally, but not by the state. The reservations can only sell stuff with a 1.4 label on it, but it's not like you don't have people (non-stand owners) at the corner of boom city now and then selling homemades.

I'm just insanely curious to know what happened & how you procured many of these fireworks that are sold commercially in other countries, ones that our overly-strict CPSC and ATF in our "free country" have decided are not safe. Killer videos you got! I sure do want to buy, hold & light some of the awesome foreign fireworks I see on your great channel, though! I've looked at them on the dark web but shipping is crazy expensive & the risk of confiscation is high, too. Anyway, I'm done, thanks for the fantastic videos!

just a little curious when you got that representation of the legal states of fireworks because i’m in florida and a lot of the firework laws here are very lenient i know years and years back aerial fireworks were illegal but they’re now sold year round here. other than that the video was very informative thank you for this👍

The state diagram may or may not be correct. It was only an example of some states that are allowing vs not allowing different fireworks.

that was my mistake anyway i suppose they are still illegal here but some loophole allows for aerial fireworks to still be permitted and sold with very few restrictions depending on what area you live in

Not sure what you mean. The shells set up for him are 1.1, not 1.3 or consumer. Back then 10" shells and greater were considered 1.1. now I think even 6" are classified 1.1.
