That metal guy that looked so cool is Shrapnel, originally a villain of the Doom Patrol and has complete control over the metal of his body. He appeared once in the Brave and the Bold cartoon, but as an enemy of O.M.A.C weirdly enough.

I like to think that the only reason the flash has so many villains is because any time Batman try’s to steal any from him, flash just runs away.

Regarding (some of) the guys you didn't know: The Golden Age lady is named Black Widow. She could turn people into animals and only had one appearance. The red guy with no hair is Bloodwork. He can control blood. Gorilla Grodd's cousin is actually a guy named Paradox. He had time-alteration powers, if I remember correctly. The normal guy with glasses is Paul Gambi, the Rogues' tailor. Barry Allen's look-alike (the one that isn't Colbalt Blue) is President Thawne, Meloni Thawne's father and Bart Allen's maternal grandfather. He was also responsible for the creation of Inertia. The hulking suit guy is named Razer. He was basically a one-shot 90s villain during Mark Waid's run, and was incredibly boring. I think the jigsaw-puzzle looking robot is Kilgore, an alien robotic intelligence from the late 80s. The guy who looks like Bane is named Spin. He used the media to mess with people's minds and emotions. The guy in the blue suit with the yellow circles is the Suit. He's..well...a living costume. He can take over people's bodies and absorb their powers. The darker-skinned man is Turbine, alias Roscoe Heynes. He had similar powers to the Top. He debuted early in the New 52 and was eventually killed by Captain Cold during Rebirth. He was also a time-displaced Tuskegee Airman. The pure white guy with no hair is Katmos, the Metal Monarch, a one-shot vilain from the early Silver Age. As for the Mr. Element/Dr. Alchemy situation...get ready for a headache on this one. So, originally, Mr. Element and Dr. Alchemy were the same individual, Albert Desmond. He took on the identity of Mr. Element first, in Showcase #13; then changed his costume and methods to that of Dr. Alchemy in Showcase #14. Mr. Element wielded an Element Gun; Dr. Alchemy wielded the Philosopher's Stone. He also used the Dr. Alchemy identity whilst part of the Crime Champions, with whom he fought both the JLA and the JSA in the first-ever crossover between the two groups (JLA #21-22). When he next reappeared, in Flash #147, he had reformed off-panel and found a fiancee, a woman named Rita. However, in both this issue and in Flash #153, Professor Zoom the Reverse-Flash temporarily manipulated/brainwashed him into becoming Mr. Element again, and he had to be rescued by the Barry Allen Flash. He then married Rita off-panel, and the two attended Barry's wedding to Iris in Flash #165. Al's next major appearance was in Flash #216, where it was revealed that Mr. Element was actually a split personality of Albert's, created by the pulsing of a faraway star that his astronomer father had discovered when he was a baby. Besides once again taking up the identity of Mr. Element, in this issue, he also almost exploded and destroyed the Earth before Barry rescued him. The issue also claimed that the Mr. Element personality had been destroyed. In Flash #230, Al became Dr. Alchemy again, and it was revealed that Dr. Alchemy was a second split personality which Barry also had to defeat and destroy. So he did (after Dr. Alchemy almost burnt down a city with unholy green fire somehow). He then disappeared for a while, living a presumably happy married life and working as a scientist. When he next appeared, in Flash #287-289, it seemed that Albert had become Dr. Alchemy again, but in actuality, the Dr. Alchemy in that story was Alvin Desmond, Albert's astral twin, who was framing Albert for his crimes. Alvin and Albert had the same powers and voice, but looked nothing alike, and, although they had been born at the same time, they were not biologically related to one another. Alvin claimed that he and Albert were psychically linked; one was evil when the other was good and vice versa. During this story, Albert put on his old Mr. Element costume to help Barry defeat Alvin (who only ever used the Dr. Alchemy identity). After Crisis on Infinite Earths, Albert was still reformed, and Alvin was still the villainous Dr. Alchemy. It was Alvin who attended the famous Rogues party in Flash vol. 2 #19 (the one Wally West crashed); it was also Alvin whom Wally battled in Flash #40-41 (again with the help of Albert, who donned his Mr. Element costume once more. These issues also revealed that Alvin wasn't a real person at all; rather, he was a construct created by the Philosopher's Stone. During the course of his fight with Wally, Alvin was turned to stone, and that was more or less the end of him. For the next decade, neither Albert nor Alvin made any appearances outside of flashbacks. During the interim, a guy named Dr. Curtis Engstrom briefly used the Philosopher's Stone and called himself the Alchemist, but after a two-issue story, he never appeared again. In 1999, during the Dark Flash storyline, Dr. Alchemy reappeared. It couldn't have been Alvin, since he had been destroyed by that point, but he looked and behaved a lot more like him than like Albert in his appearances anyway, so who knows what was going on there. Sometime thereafter, Geoff Johns got ahold of the book, firmly re-established Dr. Alchemy as Albert Desmond, and characterized him as a reclusive but highly-dangerous seeker of knowledge, which has basically been the character's status quo ever since. Albert has exclusively used his Dr. Alchemy identity since the turn of the century; the Mr. Element identity has been all but abandoned. That being said, in a 2001 story by Geoff Johns, a police research scientist named Alexander Petrov used the Element Gun in order to frame Captain Cold for a series of murders. He briefly took up the identity of Mr. Element before subsequently getting killed by Cold for the aformentioned frame-up. So, Mr. Element both is and is not the same person as Dr. Alchemy.

Who thinks zoom aka hunter Zolomon has the same design as eobard thawne aka reverse flash. 4. Turbine is exactly like top in a way. 5. About the 2 turtles. The first one was called turtle man and the second one was called the turtle and was a enemy of the original flash.

Haven’t seen the list yet but am I the only one who thinks Captain Boomerang is kinda overrated? I still like him but he might be my least favorite rogue member but he appears the most in media. The character still is a lotta of fun though Edit: I thought this was just gonna be the rogues team not flash’s whole rogues gallery, I’m not familiar with all these characters so I’m not sure where’d I’d put him.

Bruh, you have Bloodwork, Daniel West Reverse Flash, and Godspeed in "Who?". Seriously? I'd put Bloodwork in "OK" at lowest. Daniel West should be in "Good", and "Godspeed" should be in greatest. Don't let season 7 of The Flash CW show fool you. Godspeed is a great character. So, having them in "Who?" means you really haven't read ANY of Joshua Wiliamson's Rebirth Flash title?! He lasted the longest as writer of his title than anyone, including King on Batman, because Williamson was writing the ultimate Flash epic of our time. I'm not sure of his status at DC right now, but if he's still there, it looks like he may be the next Geoff Johns, meaning the guy who writes the best books, and is then given the position of writing the major event comics. Isn't he writing Batman now? Also, if you have read Williamson's Flash, then the modern Turtle would rank a bit higher. Without giving too much away, he was a damn good challenge for Barry throughout his life as a hero.
