Magic Kingdom is like the nexus. It’s not on the same level as the other 3 parks. So, there’s that… I could skip any other park, but I could never leave without seeing the castle. 😍

As an adult who went without kids, my rankings are Epcot first, Animal Kingdom 2nd, Magic Kingdom 3rd and Hollywood 4th. Epcot only beat out Animal Kingdom because if the SHOPPING. The other parks shops felt almost generic with a couple exceptions. While Epcot’s shops with their international flavors were amazing. I had some Henna done right after getting paper lanterns and moved on to the tea shop and the shop with our surnames and coat of arms. Shopped around the world in one day. ;)

I’d love to see a ranking like this for non-big-4-park DisneyWorld activities. Water parks, mini golf, boardwalk, springs, etc

I’ve heard some people say that they could skip AK, but it has so many must do experiences for me! The shows are top level, the food is incredible, the rides are a blast, and they have my favorite Starbucks location in all of Disney (Creature Comforts) Animal Kingdom just makes me so incredibly happy.

I agree with most of those rankings. I truly think that EPCOT is the one with the identity crisis. Out of all the parks it probably should have been the one that remained IP free... I have a huge problem with all the unused spaces in three out of the four parks also. Things get closed down and then they sit dormant for way too long...No ride/attraction should EVER shut down without having an immediate replacement planned. Crowds are only increasing-we CANNOT have LESS for them to do and disperse!

Having grown up in Orlando and going to MGM Studios/Hollywood Studios countless times, I absolutely have the fondest memories of The Great Movie Ride and it breaks my heart to know it's no longer there 😔

Oh man...this video title invites some conflict haha. As a kid, my favorite park was Epcot because of Soarin', Test Track, and Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. Five years ago, it was Magic Kingdom with the addition of Happily Ever After. In a few months when I visit again, it may end up being Hollywood Studios because of Galaxy's Edge, Runaway Railway, and Toy Story Land. Either way, I'm freaking stoked for each park. So much has changed in five years that it will feel like a whole new experience.

Since the Tower of Terror has a back story in, well, Hollywood, as the Hollywood Tower Hotel, a place where the fancy pants people used to stay, I'd say it's a fitting icon for the park.

Magic kingdom was my favorite as a kid but now, as an adult, I love Epcot..

I love Animal Kingdom. Atmosphere, food, and my favorite ride (Flight of Passsage). Boggles my mind when people say they skip it!

I’ve only been once so far but my rankings at the time(2013) were 1. MK 2. Epcot 3. HS 4. Animal Kingdom. Magic Kingdom just makes me feel the most like I’m in a Disney movie. Plus I loved the mountain rides, Haunted Mansion, and Pirates. Jungle Cruise was closed when I was there, but I’ve been on it twice at Disneyland and I love it.

I love world showcase and guardians of the galaxy cosmic rewind at Epcot, but I love Rock’n rollercoaster, Rise of the resistance, smugglers run, and slinky dog dash

Of course this is all a matter of opinion. My list from most favorite to least (and notice I didn’t say best to worst because there is no worst): Magic Kingdom and the other 3 are tied for second. 😂 They all have something I love.

I have to say, I enjoyed Animal Kingdom a *heck* of a lot more as a solo adult, as opposed to having gone with a group when I was younger. It went from my least favorite park, hands-down, to my most favorite.

The Great movie ride was a masterpiece of an attraction, still makes me sad they took it away.

I did Epcot on my last trip for the first time. Out of the three we did(Hollywood studios, universal, and Epcot) it was my favorite. I loved all three, but this one had my favorite food, some excellent attractions(ratatouille, spaceship earth, guardians to name a few) and it was the easiest to navigate

Can’t lie those frie floats in Epcot is perfection also I cried after it’s tough to be a bug 😭

Animal Kingdom because it closes so early and Pandora only lights up for like 30 minutes before the park closes or sometimes when we spring forward you can’t see it at all… it lost the number 2 spot 4.) Magic Kingdom yeah this is just a spread out disneyland without any of the same magic

If I could only visit one park it’s always going to be magic kingdom because of the nostalgia so it will always be my number 1. 2. Animal kingdom for the rides/food/vibe 3. Hollywood studios for amazing rides 4. Epcot for the world showcase

For the the best hotel, I would say it would be the Swan and Dolphin. Some of the best food like Kimono’s sushi. It’s walking distance from Epcot, Hollywood Studios and the boardwalk. it’s also a good price for what you get. If you stay in the Swan you have a view of some of the park’s best landmarks. Staying in the front and one side you’ll see the Tower of Terror. Staying in the other side you can see the Epcot golf ball. And staying in the back you have a view of the beautiful fountain and architecture of the Dolphin hotel.

33:55 get ready for the Disneyland folks to contest your view as on what “original” means lol Jokes aside, although I agree with its last placement in the category, I think that 2/5 for DHS themeing was too low. Love what you guys do, congrats for another great piece of entertainment.

Twilight Zone fans YES!! I am a huge Twilight Zone fan and I practiced the Rod Serling voice when I was a kid and THAT is how I was chosen by Disney Imagineering to narrate such a classic attraction!!

I agree! Weenies are usually in the middle of the park, not off to one side. As beloved as the Mickey & Minnie ride entrance is, I'd like to se it go just for one that is not just makes since to the theme of the ride, but a large park icon Weenie!

Although Animal Kingdom is my number 1, I can see why Magic Kingdom ranks first for you. I’d love to see a tier ranking of Disney parks on an international scale.

When I was a kid, the ranking was: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot Now my ranking is: Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom Epcot has so much cultural food it is like tasting the world... stuffed by the end. Hollywood Studios exhibit many of the scenes we see on the big screen. The other two are very colorful and fun too but more of a travel in time.

My ranking added up to be: Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot. And yeah, Epcot is my favorite park too 😂 wth?! I love Animal Kingdom though it's so underrated imo. Dinoland USA is in need of a complete and total Zootopia makeover

Epcot’s star has risen greatly in my mind with the addition of Guardians of the Galaxy Cosmic Rewind. I really hope Disney keeps the virtual queue for it, even when Tron comes out. As a teen who used to hate Epcot, my top four go as follows: 1. Epcot 2. Hollywood 3. Animal 4. Magic Magic is a great park, don’t get me wrong, but animal kingdom barely edges it out in my opinion. With the addition of Tron, this list is likely to change.

idk the original identity of MGM studios was a neat idea, but the park was so baron with not many exciting attractions to where you'd feel content after just like 4 or 5 hours, whereas now it feels more flushed out with a lot of individual immersive experiences that can definitely fill the whole day and A LOT better food than what it used to offer.

EPCOT is our favorite park by far. It is the only reason we go to WDW - otherwise we go to Disneyland and CA. Just the ferry ride over to the Magic Kingdom puts me on edge and the design of Disney Studios is frustrating. Animal Kingdom is a beautiful park and we enjoy going. WDW has it on the hotels, golf, etc., but Disney West Coast is the original and still the best. Great video btw.

I haven’t been to Disney in 15 years. I know a lot has changed since I was there. My fiancé and his family have never been to Disney and we decided to go together. Thank you for this video. I was debating which park to go to since a lot has changed in the last 15 years. I disagree about Hollywood Studios being the worst park though. Even though I haven’t been at Disney in years, my favorite memory of Disney is the Tower of Terror from Hollywood Studios.

I’ve been to Disney 26 times and I’m 26 now. While I was growing up magic kingdom! Now it’s a tie between magic and Epcot if I could add the countries to magic I’d be in heaven! 3. Hollywood Studios 4. Animal Kingdom I appreciate the atmosphere I just always felt there wasn’t enough rides to have a full day there.

I agree that Epcot needs 2 days to explore. I went for the first time last week and I realized that I was going a lot between world showcase and the rides area. I felt like I didn’t get to accomplish much at the end of my day. My feet were so mad at me by the end of the day too. I wish I would have had 1 day to walk around showcase and 1 day to explore the ride area.

I do wish that MK and Hollywood Studios would bring back the Citizens of Hollywood and Citizens of Main Street streetmosphere characters.

As somebody who is going to Disney World for the first time next April break on a field trip with my high school, I can’t wait to go! I went to the Disneyland Anaheim location in 2017 and I loved it, so I can’t even imagine what Disney World is gonna be like. Going with a bunch of my 16 year old friends is gonna be cool too I bet. I’m most excited to see Epcot because I love the theme!

Magic Kingdom - for little kids or people who love classic Disney characters. Older kids/adults may find it boring. Lack of alcohol options might drive some parents crazy. Hollywood Studios - must for any Star Wars fan. The best for a mixed age group since it has little bit of everything with great rides. The Frozen sing a long and the Beauty and Beast show are great rest stops. Animal Kingdom - Do you like animals or Avatar? That’s the answer. The Wilderness Explorers merit badges are a fantastic way to keep kids motivated to walk around the park. EPCOT - Best for adults, science nerds, foodies. It also has the single best ride in all of Disney with Guardians of the Galaxy. Little kids may get bored.

For me and my kids (both boys) we rank them Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom. My wife has Magic kingdom first and Epcot last. Not sure what it is but Animal Kingdom is just so beautifully well done.

EPCOT Deserves more recognition

I LOVE the aesthetic of the Hollywood Studios "glam classic hollywood" area. It is my favorite aesthetic of all the parks. BUT I agree 100% that this park is WASTED SPACE in a lot of areas. They have to do something with that sad courtyard area where the animator studios and Little Mermaid show was. Spirit Halloween is going to move in there! Food-- I agree 100%. Except for you were generous for MK! The only thing I will happily eat here is a cinnamon roll from Gaston's. The food at Pecos Bill is GHASTLY. I have tried through the years-- mostly out of hunger and proximity-- to give Pecos a chance. I've yet to eat something edible there. It could be so much better. I just wish one of these parks would do something Wall-E themed. That would make such a great ride!

Zootopia is fine with me as long as they keep Dinosaur, which is one of my most favorite rides in all the parks.

For me, 1) Epcot by far, 2) HS, 3) MK, 4) the zoo with rides

Haven't been to Disneyworld since 2013 so I'm sure things have changed but as a Teenager I'd have said Hollywood Studios. It had the thrill rides I liked and Muppets 3D never got old. As an Adult, its Epcot. Its literally the only park where you can actually relax and chill. Its not chaotic and crammed up like the other parks are. By far the best atmosphere and Epcot also has my vote for best restaurants.

This list goes to show that what a park offers “statistically” doesn’t make it the best. If I had to chose which park to keep and have to tear down the others it would be Epcot all day!

Great video! My favorite dining is Dine-In Sci Fi Theater at HS and the best show, by FAR is The Festival of the Lion King - phenomenal show. I REALLY miss Illuminations at Epcot. We wrapped up many an evening with that phenomenal show.

The first ranking was surprising to me (except Hollywood Studios!). I’ve been to Disney almost every year since they opened. I’ve been to The Studios four times. This last visit two weeks ago was probably it. Rise was broken, of course, so that may be what eventually brings me back. And there you have the reason they put Galaxy’s Edge in the Studios. As I recall, Studios was a response to the other Studio that will remain unnamed muscling in nearby. The park is very small and very cramped - jarring if you went to Epcot the day before. But back to Galaxy’s Edge - anyone else sort of disappointed with the odd theming? They picked one landscape that isn’t very evocative of Star Wars. I appreciate that it exists though. Animal Kingdom: I went there once right after it opened. That was enough for me. I have no urge to return. Epcot is almost a favorite. Future World opening in 1982 was just asking to be outdated within years. Only now is it getting a cohesive makeover. It struggled with identity for so long. But I love that it’s huge and impossible to see everything in one day. MK is just great. If you have to go to one park especially with kids 12 and under go here. I wish Galaxy’s Edge was in MK. There’s also a couple areas struggling with identity and cohesiveness, but I think they will figure it out.

Tough to be a bug gets way too much hate from this channel. What a fun show! AK all the way for me.

EPCOT in 4th place hurt my soul.

I'd go Magic Kingdom, Epcot, and idk which between animal kingdom and hollywood studios for 3rd vs 4th. I love them all though. Animal kingdom needs more attractions outside of the nature/animal trails. Hollywood studios needs central theming, magic kingdom needs some updating in some areas but overall great, and epcot needs construction to be finished and to do some updating on rides that feel "outdated/idk what to call it" like journey into imagination.

When I first went to Epcot during the food festival, I was disappointed with the food selection for each country. Now, I understand that Disney is trying to play it safe.

Epcot is my favorite because I love food and Epcot has decent food. I also get sick on most rides so even though I love them they are not a priority. But my favorite ride is Tower of terror, and I like the Indiana Jones show

I was so surprised Hollywood Studios was number one in rides. As someone who does not like thrill rides, all I can really ride at the park is Toy Story Mania and Mickey's Runaway Railroad. It doesn't have enough of a balance to be number one for me.

I honestly agree with this list, I remember when I used to go to EPCOT as a kid and the difference between then and now is night and day. I don’t judge what I haven’t experienced myself yet so I won’t speak about what they’re building and haven’t finished. But out of the changes they’ve finished and I have experienced, it’s definitely been butchered. Communicore/Innovations East is now a gigantic generic shopping plaza with a gift shop, a cafe, restaurant, and the new version of club cool which is so basic and boring compared to the one from before. Then of course illuminations being replaced by harmonious which felt kind of low budget compared to the former despite having so much infrastructure and technology used in it. Hollywood Studios is also very different from what is was back in the mgm days. In its defense, mgm studios would be pretty outdated by now being from the 90s but it would’ve been nice to have made more of an effort to keep everything in the spirit of the parks theme. Getting rid of the animators academy and ditching all the education was not a good move. All the changes basically seem corporate and exist to nickel and dime you. Not that Disney isn’t an amazing place to go but I have not liked any of the new changes since the chapek era started in 2015 and I fear for the future of the company if they continue this path. Here’s hoping Iger’s return truly makes some necessary progress.

Hollywood studios needs to add more things to do in the parks/ rides

I want to see some big thrill rides that are themed at classic disney movies. 7DMT gets it right. I want to see a Bambi ride where you ride on a deer through a forest. it could be a rollercoaster or FOP style digital screen ride. Maybe a Little Mermaid undersea themed soarin' type of thing. Heck, i'd like a Hercules trackless ride where you're in a chariot.

We just got back from Disney World. Having visited parks all over the nation, the Disney World parks weren't among our favorites. Even in Orlando, we enjoyed the Universal parks over the Disney parks. Animal Kingdom was our favorite among the parks.

I laughed at the comment about quickly going by Galaxys Edge to get to Toy land. What a dumb comment. I could have stayed at in the Star Wars section all day

I’ve never been to Disney before, but I’m going in July 2023 it was one of my Christmas presents and I’m VERY EXCITED!! But, we’re not going to animal kingdom bc my mom said she heard if it’s ur first time it’s better to skip it if u don’t have enough time, we’re spending 4 days there and a 5th day for my mom’s 41st birthday at a beach called coco beach or something and we’re going to the beach and a dolphin cruise and I’m very excited for Disneyworld!
