Almost all of San Fierro mission (excluding Zero missions and etc.) but it's random.
This Rainbomizer mod randomizes every aspect of this game! Voice lines, cheats, vehicles etc. This is probably my one of the best mod i've ever tried and you should try it to for some fun! :D

If my memory serves me correctly, it's from the mission "high noon", where Pulaski insults CJ and his family saying various things. By "they fooled around with her in the scene", he refers to the day CJ's mom got killed, implying that her murderers did some unspeakable things to her dead body after they killed her. Pulaski is such an a-hole, arguably even worse than Tenpenny in some ways. You get to see that even more clearly in that mission.

So Big Smoke shot past through a security in at the Airport? Now the guards were waiting for him? Except it was Vietnamese? That should have been added in the T-bone Mendez mission while they searched for Toreno. No wonder Big Smoke was able to afford that Palace though Carl was instructed to stay away from him or his brother gets his make up kit and with the Ballas on the other side of the prison facility. Let's say the big guy will do something bad to him that's worse than beatings.
