It’s so reassuring to know that these guitars are becoming more commercially available. The idea of taking my guitars on aeroplanes always stresses me out more than any other aspect of travelling!

Really excellent review. I own one and created a short review. You did an excellent job of conveying how portable it is. Even with strict carryon requirements of European airlines. Mine took an unfortunate fall from 3ft due to my own stupidity. It totally tweaked the neck. But with the Ciari support team's help, I was able to adjust the unique truss rod to get everything back to factory spec. I take it with me on the road all the time. I either pair it up with my Spark Go or my Nux Mighty Plug Pro. It is an investment but well worth it for those who like to play all the time. There is no comparison to any other "travel" guitar on the market. I have owned a few! Hope to see a few of these on my next visit to Europe. We just came back from a trip! I generally travel with only the gig bag as I don't need the additional space. But the larger backpack certainly is nice for someone who needs to stick to one carry-on bag with some gear. I am a professional pilot and don't have this restriction thankfully when working. You didn't demonstrate tuning but if folks feel like watching my short video or others the guitar is rarely out of tune more than a quarter of a turn. Really no different than any other guitar that is subject to temperature and humidity changes when carried around in a case.

Interesting and clever design, thanks for showing this. However, I clicked on the link and then spilled my coffee when I saw the price 😮 I guess a well engineered instrument can’t be cheap, but I was expecting it to be around 1000k€.
