Man, I just want to say that I love the little mini sermons (probably not the best word to describe it) that you do on most songs. It is something that I haven't really found in other tutorials and it acts as a really nice reminder about why we are doing this.

Alec, glad to hear that. That’s been the focus since starting GfHG. Need to keep our eyes on Christ, as it’s easy to be pulled away with all the gear and tones. On another note, I’ve noticed some of the new people out there making videos are also doing some “preaching” before the play through. Very happy to see that, as there wasn’t enough of that happening.

I own a bunch of Veritas stuff, yes. I chose Veritas over most other guitars.

Have you ever used a strymon blue sky?? I'm considering buying one. Not sure if it sounds as good as the big sky. I know I wouldn't use all the features in the big sky. So that's why I'm considering the blue sky.

I have, and I'm actually not a fan. I don't use all the features in the Big Sky either. I use a few core tones.

It just didn't sound like I needed it to. I had it for about 30 minutes and returned it for the Big Sky and never looked back.

Hey Troy, do you update the kitchen sink presets for the songs that you already have for the kemper? It seems that your tone keeps getting better each video. I assume you’re learning new tricks. Also when the new verbs come out, will you update the songs you already have? Looking forward to your reply.

Howdy! The video you see here is my pedalboard into the Kemper, so it's unrelated to the Kitchen Sink Pack. Nothing I do here would impact the tone from those presets. However, just like anything else, when I find a way to make better tones from a device, I'll update and share with those who have put their trust in me to deliver. :) I'll probably go through the songs once the new verbs come out. It will take a while, for sure-but I'll get it done! Same thing happened when Line 6 did their huge update. Jacked up all my presets...LOL. Had to redo every single one of them. But more time in front of the device means I learn how to use it better, and that's mean better tones!

What kind of delay is that? It sounds like it has chorus tails. Or is it just the the chorus pedal?

Added some modulation to the repeats is all. There is a chorus pedal on during part of the song; but still, the repeats of the delay are modulated as well.
