The 3rd plant, the unknown herb with the purple flowers-you can eat the leaves and it will remove 2 poison damage and you won't need a bandage. You can also use ants and heal without a bandage if you get a laceration but ants don't work on scrapes

Eating the lily herbs will also fight venom and poison

Both unknown bulbs can also just be cooked fireside. I believe Casava cooked that way gives 60 carbs 10 energy. And Mangala gives 50c 10e. Boiled Mangala soup gives 45 carbs iirc.

For new players of Green Hell note that there are easier ways to treat fever - with bone broth. You can carry bones forever and they will not spoil. Water lily is missing and it cures food poisoning (food poisoning -1). They last forever in the inventory but take a lot of space in food section of the backpack so it is much easier to carry charcoal - it does take away 1 sanity.

0:32 wiki says that boiling flower as a tea removes fever. Have not tried it yet. Basically boil all flowers and see what happens
