On Hollowrock island there is a pretty secret one in the light house (or as you said, the "Fire House"). Break right below the stairs and there is a staircase, once you are in the "dungeon", go into the water well and there will a Crock of Gold worth $800. -Your Welcome :)

On the Marina map, underneath the platform where you can find the binoculars on the hill there is an antique compass worth another 250.

1. On marina on right side of the map inside of machine from which pipes with red valves come from is a lump of amethyst for 300$ 2. On Villa gordon in the car workshop next to racetrack if you go through the doors from which you see car jack on the left and toolbox with explosive on the right. Just shoot the explosive and you'll see hidden room with a valuable and playable gramophone. 3. On villa gordon on the right side of the map in the building with pool next below in the bedroom is a hanging lamp for 400$ i think.

At "The Marina" there is a telescope worth like 400 or so on top/roof of the building right next to the excape vehicle. I took the hook vehicle and drove it close to the roof then walked up the red metal arm. Nice video btw!

On the Marina map, there's a cash register worth 90$ inside the "Gubb Grill" shop near the Office building (the one at the top of the map in the center). On the same map, there's a vacuum cleaner worth 90$ (or something like that) in the same Office building, so you enter the building, take the first left and then go straight, then you'll find a room, open the door and you'll see the vacuum cleaner. On the same map once again, in the same Office building, you'll find a model ship worth 90$, so right as you walk upstairs, you make a 180 degree turn and go straight ahead into the back room, and on the left you'll find the item on a shelf. On the same map, near the tree where the binocular was, there's a little cabin behind the tree deck, go to it, and jump off on the right of the cabin back onto the ground, and you'll see fishing gear in the corner worth 70$. On the same map, in the same cabin I was talking about, there's an MP3 worth 40$ on a bench. On the same map, there's a deck on the bottom left of the map. Go to the first big house (from top to bottom), enter the building at the front door (which is basically facing the top of the map), go right and look under or smash the table inside the kitchen, and there's a hidden trophy worth 90$. On the same map, in the same house I talked about, go upstairs, go on the right side room and you'll find a painting on the left wall worth 35$. This is the weirdest find lol, hang with me though. On the same deck, at the last house (from top to bottom), go in the water and go behind that house (basically the wall of the house facing the left of the map), and there's a cable hanging through the window. Look down the water, and you'll eventually see it say "E to collect valuable". It's a tequila worth 120$. On the same map, when you cross the bridge to the right side of the map, there's a gate and then there's a very small hangar or whatever on the left. Open the doors to it, then there's 2 valuables on the right and left sides of the hangar: the right one is 80$ and the left one is 60$.

In the Marina over by the place all the metal pipes are running to if you break into the big trash compactor thing there is an amethyst worth I believe $400 as well.

When you go into the office in the big building on Hollowrock island, you can break through the wall on the left and there is a hidden compartment. You can find another one to the right of the same room. Also there is a passport behind some plants at Villa Gordon on your left side right before you enter the hallway with the sauna and food stash on the ground floor.

Marina has a rock in the machine that is valuable, a telescope on the roof of the building near spawn, cigar box behind workshop

In the marina in each of the small blue buildings there is a item, i think one of them doesnt have one but if you look inside all the others for at least 3 seconds you'll find them

Edit: 7:08 I also found some cash in the vending machine when I destroyed it. 9:18 You can find a distance laser on the roof of the building 13:40 I found some sleeping pills under the bed, I smashed it with the sledge to find them.

You can actually get the banana before you take the first mission, use a flying glitch and fall down the chimney, get the banana and restarts you’ll still have the money (the reason to restart is cos you can’t climb back out

When you enter Lee chemicals through the gate there's a 500$ item in the ceiling of the small hut to the right. Also there's hidden cash behind the vending machines in the office building.

You jump to the 2nd mission map you can access instead of the 1st. That makes no sense. Then you jump to an item nowhere near any of the possible spawn points on said map, and ignore the other valuable DIRECTLY next to it that you actually got a pickup prompt for before the one you were even looking for. That makes no sense. Then you jump to another pickup inside the same building and proceed to ignore the other valuable in the same room that was on screen before the other. Already an aneurysm enducing start but then you don't even stick to showing just all the valuables hidden inside things since you missed the amethyst & cash register. I can't watch further than this.
