Heart of God Church (HOGC) Singapore is a youth church operated by youth, for youths, to reach youths. Even though it's been over 20 years since the church started, its average age is still a grand old... 22! It is home to thousands of young people. HOGC was founded by Pastor Tan Seow How (Pastor How) and Pastor Cecilia Chan (Pastor Lia) in 1999.
