Here are my top tips and hacks for what to pack for an all inclusive resort vacation. This beach vacation checklist includes a few of my must-pack items so that you don't forget anything, save money, and hopefully help you not to over-pack so that you don't bring unnecessary items to haul around with you.

What a great idea of the floaties for the pool. We’re going to Tulum in May god willing and we love the pool but we need something to hang on to this is an awesome idea. Great video thanks

Your personal item tote should always have a zipper. Things can drop out of that open top under the seat or in the taxi or you could be pickpocketed.

Wow! Those floaties look awesome, gettin some for sure!!! Sunscreen in a stick!!?? Cool!!! Didn't even know they had that. Another good tip to go with paying tips in local currency is to use local currency everywhere you go.. I found that to be the cheapest way to pay. The exchange you get everywhere is to their benefit and not yours, of course. So paying with pesos is way easier and easy on the brain converting too, lol. Great video, cheers!!!

I like to bring a few adjustable mattress straps to hold the beach towel in place just clip around the back of your lounger. No more towels blowing off down the beach.

In Canada you can order Mexican pesos and US from your bank a couple of weeks ahead, and request small bills.

Great intro yes I have had that feeling where I forgot something and that’s why I was looking for videos so I can be prepared and make sure I have the most important items. Passport and ID swimsuit to pair of underwear one dress 👗 minimum shorts 🩳 tank! And sombrero!! 👒 ohh shoes 👟 😊

👒 I take a rope or ribbon and my husband actually did it for me but he did talk to the job but holes on the side and then wrap it around underneath the chin I hate having to worry in a fly off

I am going to use mexican pesos for what I have left but will also be bringing USD. I saw some pointers about new bills (my local bank has mentioned since the pandemic they have not really received new bills). I am worried the older smaller change will not be sufficient due to not being crisp and some with some ink markings or someone writing on them.What are your thoughts?

Hi! Masking is still required in public areas, but other than that you should be fine. No negative test or proof of vaccination required to enter Mexico. To go back home to Florida, you will need a negative viral test (rapid antigen) within one day of travel, so basically the day before departure.

I wore mine on the plane and then placed it under the seat. You can also pack it in your suitcase by placing it upside down and then filling it with soft items so it doesn't squish

* bring cash and don’t go to the atms (unless it is at a bank). A LOT of atms in Mexico have skimmers in touristy areas. (Learned this from my friend who lives there full time)

Most of the resorts at Punta Cana have gratuities included! I only bring money to tip the bartenders.

Please read the rules of your airline/airport though because most airports in Europe do count sticks as a liquid!

It’s really rude to tip in foreign currency. Those people work long hours six days a week. It’s a real hardship for them to spend their day off standing in the long lines at the bank to change the money. If you give them pesos, they can use it right away, anywhere. If you go off the resort, you’re see the long lines at the banks.
