I give you three easy "possible" solutions to get your Iphone 3, 4, 5, 6 / 6 Plus display to come back on.
Option 1: Hold down home and power button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.
Option 2: Hold down power button for 3 seconds then hold down the home button until Apple logo appears.
Option 3: Firmly press directly under your flashlight and camera lens as your back light display connector may have gotten dislodged.

Omg!! The side of my phone screen was slowly getting darker and darker... I thought it was coming from INSIDE the phone, but then I did exactly what you did and my phone screen is back to normal!! No more slowly fading into darkness haha, and I know I’m like four years late to this video, but thank you SO much!! I did the first step, btw :)

Oh thank you so much. I am a grandma so not very good with electronics. When I got the black screen I thought well that is it for my phone. Tried everything nothing worked. Thanks for your video bro, you got my wife's phone back up and running. Its was the home and power button that worked. I still have to replace the screen and LCD because my wife doesn't know what a phone case is for... 2nd time replacing the screen on this phone.... But this time it will only be $21 not $80 because I'm replacing it this time.

Hello 😊 how would I know when my iPhone 5s is done for? When there isn't anything I can do for it. It was an old phone that i had for a short time and had pictures in it that for some stupid reason I never saved. #2 worked , put your iphone in recovery mode first then use the method to exit recovery mode and then try this method in this video it work for me . but first try this method shown in this video then try my method. you will need to look how to enter recovery mode and then once you are in recovery mode you need to look for a video how to exit recovery mode both methods are simple . once you exit recovery mode just try the method shown here. tip when you enter recovery mode do not press to recover in itunes just exit recovery mode using the buttons shown how to exit in the video tutorials. the issue i had on my iphone 6 was it had black screen and when i plug the charger the phone kept making a vibration sound and it wont charge or turn on
