Pearl reaching 3rd place despite missing 3rd Life is kinda cool af. She definitely one of the top tiers. And then she got paired with Scott in Double Life where they were both the last players. I guess Pearl and Scott are quite the duo. Even in Last Life, Limited Life and Secret Life, these two were top placers.

It's so funny to me that the ties places are Lizzie and Jimmy (Seablings), Joel and Etho (obsessed with each other), and then BigB and Cleo (mortal enemies) lol. Poor Cleo, they'd hate being stuck with BigB xD. Love this video!

Most people recognize Smajor for how powerful he is, and that is awesome. I think it's awesome the love (and sometimes hate) he gets. Sometimes, though, it feels like Pearl and Martyn get slept on for how awesome their feats are. Both of them blow other contestants out of the water, but it feels like people forget them. It makes me sad since they're two of my favorite personalities, too.

i feel like people always put grian down low (imo he should be higher than pearl + martyn + scar) just because he rarely makes it to top five, but his content is really fun (imo the top moments are all mostly from his pov, such as scar's water bucket jump, the stalactite kill, the secret life final stand, the bad boys, the boogey session, etc), and he has such a high kill count. Scott, on the other hand, plays it safe and is always one of the few to make it to the finales while snatching kills every now and then, and ever since the second season, he's always on the opposing team against grian. They're basically two masterminds on opposite teams, and that's what makes most seasons so good for me. I think they should be top 2, and i really want to see the two team again in the next life series. I feel like they'd make it very very far. (That's also why I felt so bad when grian died when smajor was on 12 hearts in his secret life final stand - if he'd targeted gem or impulse he'd be able to kill all three of them, and it'd be so funny to see the others' reactions to the most powerful team on the server dying to 1 person) Pearl and martyn are great, but i'd still rank them lower than grian & scott, maybe 3rd-6th with scar and joel squeezing in two places somewhere

@@Anna-by4fl Grian either got himself killed or got outnumbered💀 Last life: him and joel got 2v6 Double life: he tried to summon the warden and got killed by it Limited life: He slipped and fell to his death Secret life: He got 1v3 by Gem,Impluse,Smajor In my opinion, his clumsiness ( and possibly luck) at improtant times is his biggest flaw and reason why he doesn't live too long despite being the one with most kills count

I recently did a more complex and accurate version of this with some changes. First, I gave the members who weren't in every season some averaged points to keep things fair for them. Second i included Real Life, kills and the order for becoming yellow and red for half-points. This produced a different result: 18. Timmy 17. Skizz 16. Mumbo 15. Lizzie 14. Tango 13. Joel 12. Bdubs 11. Ren 10. Bigb 9. Etho 8. Scar 7. Cleo 6. Grain 5. Impulse 4. Gem 3. Martyn 2. Pearl 1. Scott

Love that Impulse is above some winners in placement (though it makes sense as he's one of only Four players to make it to the final five 3 or more times (the other 3 Players being Scott, Pearl, and Martyn))

I feel like this only reflects the later seasons. Also impulse got second place for limited life, he places top five most of the time so I’d say he deserves at least top 7. And come on, etho deserves higher for how long he survives.

Btw, if you work it as a percentage to account for different players in each season, where the 1st out gets 0% and the winner gets 100%, you can make it fairer. And then if you add up all the percentages and the divide by the number of seasons they were in you can get a slightly different ranking. If my maths is correct. It would be this: Total Point Ranking: (As of Secret Life) (rounded to the nearest 0.01%) 1. Pearl - 87.98% 2. Gem - 87.50% 3. Scott - 77.79% 4. Martyn - 74.32% 5. Scar - 63.85% 6. Yeah Joel is a great pvper and if he made more good decisions in life series he would’ve won but he makes bad decisions which makes his videos more funnier and he makes it to top 5 most times so I think he would win😊

The only 3v1 fights Gem was involved in were the ones where she was in the 3 teaming up on the 1. Even in the end fight, Pearl didn’t actually get any hits on Gem. It was all Scar.

i think the main problem with the life series is you have people who purposely throw, such as grian, joel, scott, even lizzie for content. They all have really good skill but play for the lols which isnt bad at all, qquite the contrary but also doesnt provide accurate skill levels.

Dude this is….such a cool video!! Absolutely perfect on every front except maybe the noise for the overall placing was a bit sharp and took away from the cool background music. loved the effort put into this video, although the ranks should not be averaged (like everyone else says). For example, geminitay placed THIRD in the ONLY season she played in. grian placed top five (or nearly there, anyway he did well) in most seasons. But since he played in every season it gets divided by 5. It should be overall performance, not overall seasons. Anyway. GREAT VIDEO! ❤

I would like to point out, that this ranking does not say anything about skill. If this was based on skill, peal would be number one and scar just behind. Pearl wasn’t trying to win at any point. In last life she was just trying to be the beast team mate she could be. In limited life she was just hanging out. In double she just caused chaos. In secret life she wanted scar to win.

I feel like if you calculated the averages it would be very different. This would make it so competeing in only two or three seasons not affect the overall score too much(not counting Gem who would be first for only being in one season.)

@@EevsterEevee like I said just how they system worked. If it'd been an average placement system than she would've done better but the creator decided a points system. Which favours players that have been in more seasons as the maximum points someone can get depends on how many seasons they've played in. For example Gem could have only got a maximum of 17 points whilst Mumbo or Lizzie could only get a maximum of 34 points and Mumbo and Lizzie have only played 1 more season than Gem So I'm sure you could imagine the advantage someone who's been in 5 seasons has over someone who's only been in 1 would have So I'm sure you can imagine

This system is almost the exact same as if you just took the placement numbers as they are and added them. What was wrong with that? The number of points is just how early they died (it does show that bigb died 8th three times, which is pretty cool) or zero for not being able to be there(???) where you want the highest number, which is almost the same as taking the placements themselves and wanting the lowest number, as well as taking an average for the ones who played in less than five seasons, which you should've done for this system too. So what's with all the fancy gymnastics when you're just making your way to work? To get around the differing number of players and some of them not being present sometimes (and to be unique at all), you could've turned the placements into a percent of how far they got (100% (which is 1/1) in first place, 1/14 or 1/17 for last place) and averaged the percents.

I Feel Like The Calculation & Ranking Wasn't Fair For The People Who Missed A Season Or More. It Should Have Been An Average Score Of Other Seasons They Were Present For The Seasons They Didn't Joined. Absent Season's Score = All Seasons They Joined Score ÷ The Number Of Seasons They Joined For Example : Skizzleman's Actual Ranking Should Be : 3rd Life : 3 Points Last Life : 3 Points Double Life : 3.25 Points {(3+3+2+5) ÷ 4 Points} Limited Life : 2 Points Secret Life : 5 Points So Total Points : 16.25 Points I Feel Like That's Fair For Mumbo, Skizz, Lizzie, Gem, Pearl & Ren. And Also Everyone Else.

I must ask, with Etho and Joel’s final death in double life it was because of a trapped Nether portal that Joel went through first and then Etho, I know there’s not really someone to “blame” for that death, but since you’re giving less points to the person who’s fault it is, wouldn’t it make more sense to put that on Joel? Even then, Joel was the one who died all the other times with the enderman and then getting fished.
