Steel Legion could pass as a legendary if it had different voice lines because it already has different animations.

the jokes about lux getting too many skins are outdated now that yone is coming for her gig with each patch

Soul Fighter has really smooth vfx but this skin overall feels uninspired. Empyrean as a great inspiration, but oh damn spells effects look unfinished, only good thing is the explosion sound from her E and the growing spirit coming from her model during ult. Porcelain is great, but the prestige feels boring, an unnecessary recolor, They should have waited the 2.0 era to give her a second prestige, cause this one is bad (even compared to prestige BA). All of her epic skins are great. I think Lunar Empress is probably the most underrated of her catalogue. Cosmic and Dark Cosmic have top tier VFX, but in general DC is better, mostly because of the model, she looks dangerous and angry like she's supposed to be. Cosmic looks like she's just some random girl in a cosplay. Ele Lux may be old but its still great, coul use some tweaks tho. Girl needs an AsU to make her older skin not looking as tragic as they actually are.
