The appreciation I have for this Megaman series goes beyond what I can say in words and emotions towards my childhood and growing up to what I am today... God Bless this series and maybe one day I hope they will return to it...

These games had such a high sense of morality and heroism. They really were a window into a potential future and the music perfectly reflects that.

Battle network 2’s theme goes the hardest

I remember playing all six as a kid and when I got to the final area and the music started to play I knew this the end. That it was all about to end in a glorious battle the characters I grew to love it was all ending. This series will always be my favorite video game serried

BN1: Iconic! BN2: Vast Improvement. BN3: Same awesomeness, but different sound font and the later part is different. BN4: Different from the three before, but sound kind of awkward. BN5: Vast improvment, and sounds more heroic. BN6: Alot more heroic! My favorite is still BN5, though.

Out of all the main Battle Networks, 6's the first to have its own theme instead of being duplicated and rearranged. EDIT: Also added different tune in the end.

I really liked MMBN, played all of the main games, but the truth is a next MMBN is very unlikely, given that they already marked the end for the series.

Capcom confirmed 6 is the final chapter of the BN series. I thought the epilogue was obvious to everyone.

5:06 sends chills down my spine. Reminds me of summer 2005 when I got my first Battle Network game. Team Colonel forever! For some reason the part at 2:19 from BN3 also sends chills down my spine even though I've never played it. BN6's theme, although really epic and a great theme, does not have that spine chilling effect on me for some reason. Wonder why.

4:01 MegaMan Battle Network 4.5 Real Operation (Japan only)

Ive always preferred this series as oppose to starforce, I think the main reason being the lack of battle movement in the starforce games. I can understand why they did it but it makes the battle scenes less interesting due to there being less attack and dodging methods available, to me anyway

Man I loved playing all of these games with my brother. I am so lucky and happy to have played all the Megaman Battle Network series and always getting ready to see what powers Megaman would have next and so forth... It too bad they ended it and went on to Starforce, though of course with time- all great things must come to an end...

@Columbian89:yeah true sides to be honest im hoping they make another starforce except this time working on the card system too like in 3 cause since bn they always work on battle but never the chip/card system.

Go check out MMBN Chrono X. they've been working very hard on it for a very long time and it's almost complete. The 4th demo is out now and you can download it and try it out.

It didn't. 4.5 was a Japan-exclusive game that utilized a GBA accessory called the BattleChip Gate to send data from the BattleChip toys directly into the game. The BattleChips came out in America, but the Gate did not and as a result, neither did 4.5. There was an updated version of the Gate that worked with BN6, but that didn't come out here either. As a result some of the North American and European versions of BN6 had to be edited in order to allow you to access certain side missions.

I was really bummed out when i heard that, but then again capcom was trying to take it away from him and turn it into something else from what i heard, so it might have been a good thing that he left.
