Which one is your favorite?
this is a complete collection of every single song that plays while you're making a Mii in an official Nintendo application.
This is a remake of a previous video:

The old video is not up to my standards, If I had known it would get so many views, I would have put in an appropriate amount of effort.
Also I had forgotten a few things and also learned about one more Mii maker application... Personal Training: Walking for DS.
Out of all the comments on the last video ONE person mentioned this. Its a weird, obscure game. Its not like its rare, its just not well known.

Obtaining most of these songs was easy. They are all cataloged very well. EXCEPT Personal Training: Walking - there is almost nothing about it online. (Barely any gameplay, one OST upload) Not only do you need to own the game, but you need to use the pedometer accessory to even start it.
So I had to dump the game file and rip the audio myself.. problem is, the song titles don't make it clear which is for the Miis. So this is where I got assistance from JackSpeedRuns (Wipeoutjack7) on KZfaq.
He actually owns the game plus the pedometer. He pointed me in the right direction and showed me which song was the correct one! The song hasn't been documented anywhere or even the soundtrack itself.
And the one OST upload was by Jack, that's how I found his channel lol

About the WiiU song:
The WiiU has two versions, the audio from the TV and the audio from the Gamepad. Here, I combined both but also have parts where its just one track.
I thought it would be good to mention this based on comments on the previous video... but who reads the description right?

I was in kindergarten when I first got a Wii for Christmas. After I got it, I became instantly hooked on the Mii Channel and its various features. In fact, 100% of my kindergarten drawings and assignments had doodles of Mii characters up through first grade :)

It's sad how so many kids theses days won't get the same feelings that we used to have when simply getting bored of playing and exploring the menus. They won't get that happy, simple, calm or cozy feeling when making a mii. They won't get that welcoming feeling when quitting game. Or even just that weird feeling when exploring the settings. I hope Nintendo really does what nintendoes in their next console.

This is actually sad for me, whenever I go back to the 3DS or Wii U OST, I get all stupidly emotional. I loved them both, and now all of their souls are sucked up from them. The eShop is closing, Miiverse is dead, Wii U Chat is dead, etc. This was why Nintendo was unique to me. It had it's own soul and this... charm that I just can't put into words, man. Nintendo was always more than just a game company to me. I'm proud of being a Nintendo fan. The next system after the Switch hopefully will have a soul and personality just like the Wii U or 3DS. Nintendo has lost it's magic overtime a little.

@@NovaAzurite3441 I cracked my screen 3 days ago. I heard that the eShop is closing 9 months ago but it still hasn't. But you can't add funds directly from the eShop, you gotta link your NNID to your Nintendo Account and add funds from there and then merge your funds to buy a game on Wii U/3DS now.

Theres an English translation patch. It only affects text, TTS is still Japanese. Although trying to use an English name will have them spell it out whenever they say it.

These tunes take me back to when my kids were little and they played their games in the living room. The music made me feel that all was well with their world and how could anything go wrong when these lovely, happy sounds emanated from all their devices? I miss those times with them when making them happy was simply a matter of getting them the games they asked for, before any pandemic changed the world and and a vile, orange, pustular invertebrate made everyone take sides and hate each other. May his name and memory be erased! But let this lovely music continue to remind of us of what is good.

Wii U is the only console that has 5 variations of the Mii Maker song: one that plays when entering the app, on the loading screen, 2 that play when viewing the created Miis (one on TV and the other on the Gamepad) and 2 that play when creating a new Mii (one on TV [4:25] and the other on Gamepad [5:38] ).

I love how they made two versions of the Wii U mii maker music and they made the two mix so well with the gamepad and tv versions playing together. It's probably my favorite mii maker song alongside the original Wii and Tomodachi Life (and Tomodachi Collection by extension) versions. Also, RIP Miitomo. I will always miss that game.

I love how the tomodachi life mii creator theme is a revamped version of the tomodachi collection mii creator theme on ds. Even though it was only released in Japan. Nintendo is so cool

Ranked from worst-to-best (personal): 11. Web Browser: Not even cricket chirps (I mean in the actual theme). 10. Nintendo Switch: I like this one better than the Web Browser one, because the styling is better, IMO. 9. Nintendo DS: Not that much notes and not very memorable. 8. Miitomo: Somewhat memorable and I miss the app. But the music could've got more notes. 7. Miitopia: The game and Mii Maker theme are both heavily underrated. It only sounds a bit weird sometimes. 6. Wii U (TV): Inspiring music, but sounds a bit like a lullaby. 5. Wii U (GamePad): Kinda reminds me of the Trophy music from Super Smash Bros. Brawl and also very inspiring. 4. Wii: It sounds funny, but it's overrated if you ask me. 3. Nintendo 3DS: Pretty catchy and heavily underrated. Pretty much the Mii Maker music I grew up with, I remember spending minutes at making Miis with my younger sister. 2. Tomodachi Life: A remix of the Mii Maker in "Tomodachi Collection". 1. Tomodachi Collection: The music absolutely fits with the game itself.

I've always loved the system music differences between the 3ds and Wii U. The former is energetic, bouncy and snappy, fitting for a handheld designed to be moved around, while the Wii U is calmer, grander and more echoey as if its got a larger space to play its hypothetical instruments in. The Wii U also had seperate audio tracks on the Gamepad that fit into one song, most notable the home screen which plays a note on the Gamepad triggering a huge echoing response on the TV

as the WiiU being the first console I owned by my self, that song gives me a lot of nostalgia, more than the Wii. Maybe cause the wii song is SO overused, or the WiiU one is more catchy, but either way I was happy with the WiiU while it was my main console. And it will hold a special place in my gaming over the years cause of that.
