Seems some of the links are out of date already? What is the power output (thrust?) with the prop you fitted? What is the RPM drop with prop? The link for copper wire is for bare wire, you need the lacquered stuff or it's just a copper block.

1 - biot savart law 2 - T = F * R -> Use F calculation from field generated in Boit Savart, and the magnetism from the permanent magnets. I'll leave determination of r to you 3 - As long as they are 90 degrees from each other, it is fine.
