You can also put a block of wood between the front upper arms and the body, forcing the suspension down and the front of the car up.

Just customize the ramps to fit the lower stance, maybe lifting the front before sending it in reverse would be better so u try to keep the part in the rear where u say it got caught up on is as level as possible to avoid further scraping. I believe lifting that front should work though.
