Baralacha Pass is in Himachal Pradesh. Ladakh starts after Sarchu.

Bara-Lacha la is situated in Himachal Pradesh, not in Ladakh. Changla is not the highest motorable pass. Previously Khardung la was the highest motorable pass and currently Umling la is the highest motorable pass in the world.
