Hai. Wmgp is a team event and i joined with team 3rd eye. Unfortunately we didnt make it to playoffs, which is a shame, but thats okay as there is still a lot of good games to show.

i played different ones throughout the weeks. Its very similar to what i played in my latest branded deck video. These matches are bo3 too so there is a side deck. i dont have my old lists exactly anymore tho

never played the Touhou series, only listened to Demetori So it was a moment of "HMM THIS MUSIC FAMILIAR" Are 60 card builds the best? I usually have most of my builds at 45-50.

60 is actually the best. the advantages to 40 are outweighed by the advantages of 60.

@@AprilShowerz elaborate O: I think some advantages are obvious but not all Esp with Branded's best in engine consistency tools being limited or semi'd Just wanna hear your actual thoughts and theory

@@LikeTheBirb branded has a lot of bad draws that you would rather not see so often, like banishment, bred, white, tragedy, merc. playing 60 lets you see them less. also, any draw becomes bad if you draw 2 copies of it. thrust, deployment, high spirit, albaz, are all examples where you feel bad if you draw 2. Playing 60 means you are much more liklely to have 5 or 6 different cards in your hand, which gives you more options. you can also get the benefit of fitting all the extra options that you might otherwise cut for space, like maximus, bred and banishment, tragedy, talents. And then also sometimes you will use grass to mill. The advantage of 40 is that you see called by and maxx c more often. In my experience its just been more likely to win with 60 since theres less chance of a bad brick.

@@AprilShowerz running 40 and 45 cards with Maxx C and any other handtraps is why I do so, increase my odds of seeing them DD Crow and Veiler being the ones of choice if more than Maxx C, just bc they work with Cartesia and High Spirits to get into your combos if they arent used for interruption I noticed you used some pocket stuff like the Bystial Branded Continuous cards, how often do they come up?

@@AprilShowerz I really appreciate your in-depth reasoning, intelligent discussion is so hard to find on such a non-linear deck that adapts to metas and changes so effectively. How do you feel about the Chimera Fusion or Frightfur package? Besides the obvious weakness to Droll lol
