Omg I'm obsessed with Mickey, Pimiento, and the palomino stablemate! I conga that stablemate mold (it's official name is Appaloosa or G2 Appaloosa) and I'm having a friend make me a portrait of that model! Also please make a video of you painting that set of stablemate bodies!! P.S. The stablemate's breed is a Quarter Horse XD

LOL I had a dream a day after ny little sis was born and it was: somebody kidnapped her.then we were chasing the guy on a highway 🛣 then we stop.and look to the left. And there is a HUGE amount of girls in all pink riding only flea bitten horses chasing the guy for us. Here's the weird part, after all that..i turned into a lego 🤣🤣

I love all your work as you probably know and it's really nice having a retrospective look at them. I have been pondering about doing a 24th scale gypsy van and horse so I have ordered a CollectA Shire mare and also found an articulated female action figure who is 10cm tall so I can't back out now. I wanted the horse to be a pinto to match my Trad size gypsy vanner (it isn't a Breyer it's by a British company called Leonardo and is such a gorgeous sculpt...if you have Facebook I will put his photo there) and I kinda wanted to replicate my Trad Gypsy van smaller. I am so out of my depth with the sizes but the figure is 10cm and the horse is 12.5 I believe so hopefully it will be ok. I will put photos up on Instagram or FB so you can see. If I don't see any videos from you before, have a lovely festive season and keep safe and well.

i like how in the video before this, you had a horse named rogue. my mom always tells me its pronounced Rog-e. it was rlly nice to finally hear someone say it differently, since i luv to please my mom XD. its also rlly nice how u said camerouge, since i say that differently too. you are just awesome inspiration for me, and you say things so differently, it gives me a chance to experience something new- my ears hear new ways to hear things, and my eyes see new ways to see things! I've got an idea so I've seen this a few times but a little different but with the same idea so what it is you could ask your subscribers to comment a color for the body,position,markings,and the form of some sort of braiding or lose main and tail.You could pick the model horse you will custom or you could make a vote of a few different models and which ever one wins you use and the way to chose which of the colors,positions,markings,and main and tail forms you can pick those your self

You are so good that I am sure you are going to have a really successful career in model horse customs and tack (knowing you it will probably be as well as what you do as a 'normal' career!) I feel you about removing brides! Mine are way bigger but just as fiddly! I love Blep Boi and I love the one with the haired mane and tail...it's not easy. I forgot what I came back on to say...may be it was that in 60 years of being British, I have never run across a British spotted horse...Apaloosa are pretty uncommon too but I have never seen a British one and unless it was you (because I trust what you say) I would think someone was having a joke at my expense. Oh and Camargue is pronounced Kam Arg. Yay love the trotting hunter already (not a big fan of hunting on cruelty grounds but Hunter ponies and horses are great). Yeah go with the dappled grey you will nail It!

@@tabithawright453 thanks x I really love the palomino, Mariposa? She got the colour amazingly well. I love all her customs and I think people should remember that she is doing all of these in a size that people like me would need a microscope to see let alone paint And make amazing tack for. She is definitely one of my favourite customisers and that includes professional ones!

@@tabithawright453 go for it. Get a cheap "body" model off of eBay so you don't feel intimidated and anything you do will be an improvement. I think that's the least stressful way of doing it. I found a 1:6th horse that I felt sorry for because it was broken and really cheap and I did a new mane and tail and repainted him. He was repaired and actually improved so it gave me the confidence to do others. My friend Karen does incredible drastic customs and she has done yawning horses and horses who are angry...she is great at facial expressions and she buys cheap and damged models and they're amazing when she's finished. She's on Instagram at Kazphillips so have a look.

What do you use to customize? Cause these are amazing! I use the earth pigment powders and really recommend them to anyone here that wants to start customizing. 💖💖💖 Also, how do you do those marking!?! If possible, could you do a tutorial for them? That’d be super helpful! 😊💖 Oh, and yes. PLEASE do the vid on customizing a stablemate!

I really suggest using something different than using a small cardboard box to protect the dust from settling on them because the small brown pieces from which is the the cardboard is made out of tens to fall off easily and that’s probably one of the biggest reasons you see “dust” settle on your horses I suggest switching to a plastic bag or something like that I hope that you take my advice into consideration!! Also they all look amazing sassy is probably one of my favorites!!

Does anyone know what the best paints to use on a schleich horse. I want to repaint my arabian foal to look like my neighbors horse. He's actually the horse that plays black stallions grandson. He's such a gorgeous horse!!!! Are acrylics good, to make a realistic looking one?

Aubrey Petty If you water the acrylics down they work really good! You can also work with pastels to add shading. But you can achieve that too with watered down acrylic pain :)
