We made it more since was my 2008 Nissan Versa four-door manual sedan (Not the hatchback). These are some of the best cap secrets. Nissan didn't bring that many to America but they're hugely popular overseas and in Mexico. Super inexpensive. I got 40 mi for a gallon driving this 3,000 lb roomy sedan that only cost me $9999. I put a radio in it for 200 bucks. Bare bones no ridiculous electronics simple old-fashioned car with a balanced low maintenance engine lightweight long wheelbase which still was working well on New York State roads. I put 150,000 miles on it and barely put any money into it other than general maintenance and exhaust system and a ground cable. Nothing can touch this cost. I wish they still made them

14:39 this is just not true, the new Prius has as much as 25% *less* cargo capacity (20-24 cu.ft. vs 25-27). New Prius also has smaller storage bins, less headroom (especially rear, but also driver), and dramatically worse visibility. I do like the new headlights, but I don't understand why they chose to butcher the usability of the vehicle. They could have just bonked that face and engine on the old body and had a real winner. Style over substance is even a safety issue. Overstyled door panels breaking the dummy's back despite excellent structure hurt Toyota's crash test results on multiple recent vehicles. Is 17:52 a subtle jab at Hyundai?

I know that styling it’s subjective but I think that its the best part of this redesing. Looks better than everything in the previous Prius generations.

I was pretty impressed with this vehicle, considering in the past it was just playing boring and not pretty at all. Big changes or equal big sales for Toyota.

Liked the 2010, with 254k miles, it is still a supplies vehicle within a 50 mile radius. Still all original hybrid system, including batteries. Out parts girl gets 54mpg in town. Maybe 51 highway. Car is meticulously maintained in our fleet. So this Prius would be perfect for the crew.

I had to drop a family member off to pick-up her Honda from the service dept and every single salesman came out to look at my two week old Prius. Two of them actually took pictures of it because none of them had seen one in person.

Would be nice if Toyota actually did gather feedback from customers. I called them and they said they don’t. I love the new look but disappointed in the lowered seats, big expensive tires and decrease in cargo space. Plus unable to remote start without $15 per month subscription. Thanks for detailed review.

The controls look very complicated. I would have to sit down with someone for some length of time to understand the car. There are controls on my 2013 Cruze that I still don't know anything about, mostly because I drive very little. I like physical controls.

You'll have to install that yourself or by an expert. Lots of luck doing that without voiding the warranty.

No! It does not have more cargo space. You repeated say it has more room. That's false, it has significantly less cargo area than the prior generation of Prius. It also has less headroom and further reduction in visibility in rear view mirror.

6'4" 240 pound Man can't fit comfortably in the driver side. Don't even ask about your friends in the backseats. It's a two person EV.

Regarding the drag coefficient of this car ---- which you mention in your review --- the Cd of the 2023 Prius is .27 while the previous generation has a Cd = .24 ; What Toyota claim is that they reduced the frontal area of the 2023 so that the overall aerodynamic drag is about the same as the previous generation. Reading between the lines it is probably a bit higher. But strictly in terms of aerodynamic efficiency, this new generation is worse than its progenitor.

Yes, this and other reviewers are doing poor journalism on that issue. The new Prius sacrificed aerodynamics, cargo space, and headroom for better looks.
