The ones that you refer to are undoubtedly the specially prepared units that were put together way after the current model GT500 was conceived and Ford has several factory prepared "hot rods" that will easily answer to those units such as the Demon and and 1 or two others. Its unclear what the next GT500 will be capable of but since its introduction in 2020 Dodge has built specifically prepared units to compete with it. You are obviously a Dodge proponent and yes, they have some fast fat cars. Most of those will be discontinued shortly while the Mustang will live on. In the mean time, plenty of Dodges have been met with defeat to the current GT500.

Current battery tech is bad for the environment, but sodium based batteries look like they may be able to replace this tech. Making them better for the environment. In 1,000 years we may be using hydrogen or salt for our power.

other than the price tag....what could shock us? I have a c8 corvette modded to 1563hp. total cost under 150k. can whoop aasss of Chirons. I'm planning to get a 720s spider and mod it to 1500+ hp as well. I love the dehidreal doors and convertible roof mechanism. I love the corvette too....it only misses on the butterfly doors....and is quite heavy too.

na minha opinião sincera a ford comete um erro ao tirar o ford gt de linha porque ele ja tem a sua importância na história do automobilismo mundial consolidada assim como o ford mustang, as pessoas ainda podem querer ter um ford gt na garagem, dirigi-lo numa rua ou numa estrada e ate equipes de automobilismo podem querer ter um ford gt para usar nas corridas

In my opinion, Ford is making another weak GT instead of a monster to be feared by Europe. Het rid of the V6 and pit the GTD engine in this light chassis possibly paired with an electric motor. Ford has never put their most potent engine in the GT.
