The Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is powered by 160.3cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 17.03 bhp and a torque of 14.6 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Bajaj Pulsar NS160 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Pulsar NS160 bike weighs 152 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.

Similar to the 2023 Pulsar NS200, the latest iteration of the Pulsar NS160 comes with upside-down front forks instead of the conventional telescopic units on the previous motorcycle. Meanwhile, the suspension tasks at the back are still handled by a preload-adjustable monoshock. Furthermore, the company has improved the rider aids with the addition of a dual-channel ABS instead of a single-channel unit on the previous model.
