I encountered the leviathan while not on the edge of the map, it it just went past me. My panic didn’t even increase.

Well, I learn creatures can find their own ways of thinking new sea paths, like Godzilla.

the leviathan just shows up at high stress levels, location irrelevant

@@prcervi Previously it only appeared on the edge of the map or in the good ending

@@goodgamech it requires open water to show up at high panic levels but it's always been able to do that, those 2 factors aligning just ain't a common occurrence

"What do you think about New Update Dredge: The Pale Reach?" - Meh... I was hoping it would provide some kind of otherworldly weapon to help banish the eldritch horror and end the nightmare plaguing these isles - i.e. offering a better ending yet than the other two...
