my wife bought a Ciaz recently, big problem we had is the fact that if for whatever reason the battery dies, and once you get it running again, the media player/infotainment system asks for a password or pin code, aand if you get it wrong , it then asks for a master reset pin (seriously!!!) we then contacted the suzuki dealer and guess what??? they wanted us to bring the car in and produce proof of ownership , which is all fine, but then they wanted to send the unit away to their head office somewhere in JHB and put the pin in and charge us a ridiculous R900 (ZAR) just to type in a flippin pin number...firstly that is clearly highway robbery, secondly why cant they just give us the pin to input ourselves, absolutely no reason to remove the unit from the car in order to type in a pin number!!!!! especially when we bought and paid for the car ,not stolen!!!,,,heaven forbid the battery dies on you a few times...money maing scam!!!...seriously not on suzuki!!!
