The reason you don't like Pegasusmon-X might be because he's no longer a Pegasus. Take a look at the head and the neck because he's not a horse anymore, he's a Gazelle. So it's just a winged Gazelle now.

Actually bellestarrmon/beelstarrmon is only half designed as a female beelzemon the other half of the design comes from the Western female gunslinger Belle Starr who was known to wear a black dress which you see in the design as her long black coat. So with the x version they leaned into the gunslinger aspect/based.

we have higher resolution art from the Digimon Twitter and Digimon art books which WithTheWill has uploaded scans of. Using the lower resolution images whem discussing designs makes things a lot more hard
