Exactly why they need drag vets judging. Ross has never been a queen and has no idea what goes in to each look. They need better judging panel. Ru and Michelle are the only ones that truly know drag

@@ggenda1217 that wouldn't make sense. Anyone can win a lip sync depending on what they wear or what they do. Tamisha if she didn't overly dance could've won. Denali again if she would've chilled could've won. Rose went tried hard and lost. Joey Jay as well. Elloit as well. Khamora did good but faded in the background. It looked like producers WANTED them to win but they failed the assignment

What I love about Utica's style is that she is a slim queen that is _NOT_ relying on her body. She is not afraid to wear big shapes and layers. Also love that her BEST Outfit was actually made on the show in the ball. Gosh, we never had a fashion queen with that style, the mix of textures and patterns is totally my taste.

I never get bored with Utica's unique runways. Many queens serve elegant fashion, many queens serve camp, but only few queens manage to serve BOTH within the same outfit.

Out of all the queens who competed on the show, Manila’s the camp-y fashion queen while Utica’s the fashion-y camp queen, if that makes sense 😂 Manila brings camp while being mainly a fashion queen but Utica brings fashion while being mainly a camp queen.

honestly if it was all fair jaida won the ball still but nicky's critiques were bull, as for Utica it was because instead or serving the fashion side of her looks she saw them more as kooky, which is undeniably Utica, but i think the judges wanted something else for her, so not too much personality, just utica's choices not aligning with the judges.... again, this happens a lot through the seaosn and honestly, the only time i really agreed with them were snatch game and sadly the roast

Not a fan of the white clown face, so I was shocked to find out that Miks a professional makeup artist, as I find her makeup to be quite harsh and wished she went softer a lot of the time. Utica really surprised me with her use of colours, different styles and creativity with both her makeup and looks, she's on a different level!

People would typically associate a Fashion Queen with big brands, an expensive shoe and flawless makeup. Utica is a Conceptual, Creative, Resourceful Fashion Queen, her outfits are not made for her, but made by her. She’s the avant-garde of drag fashion queens.

what the hell happened to the design challenges on drag race?? there was literally ONE design challenge this whole season cause the makeover doesn’t count since they just wore each other’s clothes. Utica would have done so much better this season had there been more design challenges!!

There’s usually only one or two each season now. I think they cut the design challenges down after Bianca sewed her way to victory with one silhouette I love the design challenges though. DR Canada and Thailand have so many design challenges; I prefer those shows now to the US version.

I am outstanded by how diverse her silhouettes are YET always manipulated so the proportions are correct. Utica’s generally top tier with everything about her looks. I’d drop the occasional boot, but she has this extremely strong drive to reach her thematic ideas. No matter what, that’s what I think is most important with creative drag queens.

0:57 I came to find this after watching EP 3 to vent because I think this look is EVERYTHING and the judges didn't like it...She did not get the appreciation she deserved for this look Idc if it was simple it was gorgeous

Ok I do NOT understand why the judges hated the first look she ever brought to the runway. It was. Beautiful. Like she was embodying a watercolor painting come to life. I’ll be honest, it’s one of my favorite looks of hers, aside from the sleeping bag look Also, her money bags look?? She was serving Edna from the incredibles on stilts, and then walked out in an outfit with basically a cape on it I love that for her. The doggy bag look was also really inventive and creative, can we all agree that hers was definitely the best dog look to ever walk the main stage? I love Utica and all the references she brings and stories she tells with her looks, but I guess it isn’t easily digestible so rupaul doesn’t like her 😔 but hey, who expects taste from the same judges that read Aja in AS5 for literally making a historically correct reference while letting whatever the hell Bebe wore slide? Not that Bebe wore a horrible look, but... Girl. She didn’t even make that dress.

What I hated about her treatment is that they clearly had no time for her but also the fact they spoke about how cooky she is on the runway but didn't tell her to tone it down... of course you'll find it grating if you point it out but not tell the person.

Wow she actually has a lot of very diverse looks, different silhouettes, she really likes playing with pattens, some hats, different styles of make up and really cute wigs. yet still somehow they're all recognizably Utica. Should've included her finale look too.

For me, her, Gottmik, and Symone are the look/fashion queens of the season. Every week they serve on the runway and they never disappoint.

Aside from her sleeping bag look, which was quite literally the most impressive thing created in a design challenge. My favourite look on her was actually the symone look, like the whitest queen ever is serving black excellence and I’m here for it.

If I didn't know better, I'd think that the clash of the patterns runway on All Stars 6 was inspired by Utica. Imagine what she would have done with it :) I hope she returns for All Stars.

People criticize Utica for being kooky, but honestly, she is a fashion forward drag queen that isn’t afraid of being funny on runway. That’s very versatile, and amazing. I’m still in love with the black gown she wore on episode 3. That was a masterpiece.
