Actually, they were making an Outbreak game before the event and they put some of it on rainbow six siege to see if they should continue making it and people loved it so they carried on making it and it gets released sometime this year.

I absolutely LOVE seeing them as actual characters rather than just skins we play as in a shooter. I hope they do more of this stuff in the future. Same goes for the Ghost Recon mission. It was fun to chase down Cav in that.

Lets not forget about the entirety of Division and Division 2. Out of all the viral outbreak games we have such as prototype, left 4 dead 2 and such, Division was the most realistic. It didnt have a virus that turned people into zombies that are hungry for human flesh, no, instead it was just a deadly flu that caused society to fall.

Fun fact: Spetznaz soldiers are never supposed to show their face on base or during operations. This is why you don't see the face of tachanka or any of the other Spetznaz operators. With the acception of the glaz elite because we'll it's an elite skin I guess
