@@vaneraze8685in their history, when they tried to defeat the ender dragon, ivor. The forgotten member, used a command block out of nowhere to instantly kill the dragon to make false rumors, and so that, probably the black and purple themed was the remainings of the ender dragon.

I think that he is not evil for creating a Wither Storm. He wanted to teach his friends a lesson for their actions and their fake glory. He had everything under control, but Jesse's friend Alex stole the elixir that was destroyed by the Wither Storm and could not be stopped.

Theoretically if you were in creative mode in this world you could go inside the wither storm and alter the command block not destroying it but you can control it
