When it comes to separation of power don't use your brain, what should or shouldn't be part of SoP. Whatever SC explicitly mentioned in its various judgement are part of basic structure.

Sir, Was it Andhra Pradesh or Odisha, that was first to be created on linguistic basis? Because recently in one of the state exams, Odisha government has published ODISHA as the correct option despite having AP as one of the options@10:33
