I don't know anything about 40k, only that the designs are dependent on the easy production of their miniatures since you can only make moldings so complicated at that scale lol, I imagine most of what is parodied here is accurate to the lore and I love it

You are the first person I have seen pick up on the fact that Space King's statement to the Captain that he is talking to him and "only him," is inconsistent with the fact that he is also talking to the other members of his squad. This either implies that Space King is lying (HERESY!) or that they are all delusional. Great video!

On the offered globulous it says Xavery with the picture of the transformed kid. I love the story arc of Xavery. We see his birth, how his pod was shot, how he delivered the massage and when his globulous was collected. What a shame his globulous was sacrificed and he probably can't be revived now.

This was really fun, seeing someone who knows 40k watch this series. Also about the giant skull. I doubt that is the mechanicus, it's either the replacement ruler for the space king (we don't know how high it's in the ranking after all). Or a stand in for the Inquisition, since death watch teams are generally led by an inquisitior and the skull seems to be the one giving them orders. Or it might be the general leadership of Ordo Xenos. But what is more likely that it is of a unspecified position of leadership high enough to command and manage reclaimer squads as i doubt they will get into the specifics of the command chain. These are my theories on what it is but it could also just be the mechanicus as you said, who knows.

Xavery had his own little story. He was the LITTLE BOY we saw at the beginning being turned into a Star Defender. We then jump cut to him on the drop pod. He would have been the Star Defender who got his legs blown off finding the Captain. He delivers the message before dying and having his holy globules extracted by Chestnut, and it's his globule that gets fed to the alien. Or should I say ONE of this holy globules? We know these space marines have two each, and if it's true they can be resurrected, regrown, or rebirthed from these globules, we may just see him again. My question is, do you normally need both globules to bring a space marine back, and if Xavery is brought back with one of them is missing, what effect would that have on him?

Space Marine Captains get the same treatment as Avatars of Khaine. They can die to show the situation is serious but losing one doesn't change The Plot much.

I think the girls into the volcano thing was a reference to how GW got rid of most of their female models cause it was cheaper to only make male ones.
