Pretty sure the “Rex” skin is actually based off of Fives when he became a ARC Trooper. But hey, we all make mistakes. I like that I can use that skin now and pretend I am Fives in the battlefront.

I love the Diplomat skin so much, its a shame to see it so low, but the other skins are also phenomenal, so the competition eventually comes down to personal preference

The captain skin for the commando droid was the one from the episode where the clone troopers get overun by Com droids and rex and Cody take back the outpost

We need a training skin for the super battle droids.

If you ever played Clone Wars Adventures....before it was cancelled. The umbra operative and cobalt hero were the ARC troopers that gave you the mission where you raided the Umbaran Airfield

The Arc trooper skins are the best

Immediately got the #1 and #2 skins. They’re my favourite from the update. Gonna get the Rex skin next. I don’t use Commando Droids or Droidekas often enough. For Co-Op I’ve been neglecting heroes and just using reinforcements now lol

am i the only one that thinks "Training" and "Jungle" skins are way over hyped? like sure they look good dont get me wrong i DO like them, but all it takes for "Training" is to make the entire skin white and add little target markers here and there, and the "Jungle" skin is just a generic camouflage texture slapped on the armor, like i dont see those textures being really hard to make, compared to the other ones that actually have small details and patterns on them

My favorite reinforcement skins are Cobalt Hero, Diplomat Commando Droid, Training Droideka.

Really like the skins. I was hoping we could get a plain white ARC Trooper skin as the new default and the current default became one of the unlockable skins, like what they did with the default Clone Trooper appearances.

They need to add a Shadow Trooper class for Clones. I feel like it would make a great addition to Infiltration I also think there should be a Galactic Marine skin, or 21st Nova Corps. I really think that would be cool.

I like where they are taking the game but the one thing I reckon would be cool is a custom paint booth to customise your armour etc for all troops

I love all the Commando Droid skins I just wish they were a little brighter, you can barely notice some of them because of how light the paint is.

I wanted the umbra ops arc so i farmed 2500 credits in arcade with darth maul on the first scenario. MY FAVORITE IS THE UMBRA OPS AND SECOND THE JUNGLE COMMANDO

Sad it took 2 years for them to finally get the game right. Now that Jedi fallen order did so good maybe we’ll finally get that open world Star Wars bounty hunter game, like red dead redemption but in space

I'll respectfully disagree with your list. Here are my critiques- 1. Hell yeah the Umbra Operative is the best ARC trooper skin 2. The Jungle Striker skin just feels like a glorified 41st Ranger Platoon skin. I admit it's excellent for maps like Kashyyyk or Felucia, but otherwise, it just doesn't feel right and does feel lazy. 3. I do feel that the training droid is a bit lazy as well, but it looks cool for sure. I would love to use it on a map like Kamino, or ship interiors, but I just don't think it's anything special. 4. I have the same critiques for the droideka as the commando. But I do love it as well, and use it a lot. And getting a droideka skin was a surprise to be sure, but a welcome one. 5. The Lambent seeker I also think is just amazing. The green stripe going from the helmet to the armor is really what makes me like it. 6. The Cobalt Hero is definitely a favorite and makes me realize just how much effort DICE puts into making skins. 7. I don't really have much to say about the Citadel skin. There's nothing I like about it a lot, and nothing I dislike about it. I do think that the orange eyes are probably the best part, though. 8. I think the diplomat skin is a bit underrated. The detail put into it and accuracy to the show is just outstanding and adds a bit of immersion into the game. It needs more love, in my opinion. 9. The Urban Fighter is again, nothing special, just a perfect and physically appealing skin. It's probably one of my favorites. 10. The captain skin is in a good place. Here's my list: 1. Umbra Operative 2. Diplomat 3. Lambent seeker 4. Cobalt Hero 5. Urban Fighter 6. Droideka training 7. Commando training 8. Citadel guard 9. Jungle Striker 10. Captain Commando

Be interesting to see what clonewars era skins could be added now all I can think off at the top of my head is cals clone unit from JFO and clone training armour and a super battle droid training skin

personally I like the phase one cobalt hero because it reminds me of Alpha-17 from legends

I think that whoever has an Umbra Operative skin on their arc trooper should mean that they are highly capable taking down some of the villains by themselves on a 1 v 1 duel with no assistance in the game! That’s my personal opinion of wearing this skin and I have it on all the time. Or it just looks cool😁.

In my opinion, my 1st is Citadel Droid followed by Umbara Operative. The training BX skin does look good, but I crave the Citadel Droid's color pallet, and then those yellow eyes set this skin apart from the others. I haven't played this game since Early November (for undisclosed reasons) but when I do, I'm gonna be playing the BX more often. As for Umbara, Ozzy already said all that needs to be said.

I love all the skins. I love the lambent seeker skin for the arc only cause I hate it when everyone has the same skins 😂 I love them all tho and the umbra skin for ark was the first one I got next to the jungle commando

Haven't actually bought any of the new skins yet cause I'm saving up for anything that will drop with TROS. But I think my first choice would be the Jungle Strike for the clone commando. I usually choose my skins based on what makes the most sense on any give map, and that one seems absolutely perfect for Kashyyk. I hope they do an Umbara map somewhere down the line so that Arc Trooper skin will have a home as well. Cause personally I'm a stickler for making my characters look like they belong on the map where I'm playing on.

I haven’t played BFII in a hot minute but all these skins dropping makes me kinda want to reinstall and see what’s changed. Are these skins earnable with credits or do you have to buy some kind of bundle?

i paid 15$ for the battlefront 2 celebration edition and it came with pretty much every skin. i just needed to get darth maul and farm boy skins. oh yeah and smuggler han.

Phase I Lambent Seeker is my favorite of the bunch.

I prefer the "urban assault" skin for the commando because rather than it being a simple camo or clear white skin, it's got decals that make ke feel like a clone rather than a noob or simple camouflage skin, it makes me feel like I'm on delta squad

The blue ARC Trooper skin makes me feel like Captain Rex

There needs to be a reinforcement class trusts between a hero and reinforcement for people like Captain Rex, Captain Cardinal, And maybe clone commanders (like Cody 😭) that became stormtroopers for the OT.

Good list, my personal ranked list would also have the Captain at the bottom because it’s only a slight change from the default. But then I would put the training Droidika then Training Commando because I’ve always hated the training skins (personal opinion) then the Jungle skin for the Clone Commando (The Jungle skins are just too shiny on clone armour for my liking, maybe if the colours were matte). I would then have the Diplomat and Citadel skins, then Lambent, Umbera Op, then Cobalt Hero (I just like thinking I’m a 501st ARC whilst I play).
