Die Typhoon Lagoon gehört zum Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando / Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Der Wasserpark ist als karibisches Dorf gestaltet, welches von einem Tropensturm heimgesucht und zerstört wurde. Mittelpunkt ist der riesige Wave Pool mit grandiosen Wellen. Die Rutschen sind insgesamt nicht ganz so spektakulär wie im benachbarten Blizzard Beach, aber mit drei Master Blastern, drei Turborutschen, zahlreichen Bodyslides und coolen Rafting-Bahnen kommt auch hier keine Langeweile auf. Ein toller Park!

The Typhoon Lagoon water park is part of the Disney World Resort. The giant park is themed as a deteriorated tropical village that was hit and destroyed by a storm. Central element is the huge wave pool with superb waves. The rides are not as extreme as the ones at Blizzard Beach but Typhoon Lagoon provides a decent number of slides, including three Master Blasters, three enclosed speed slides, numerous body slides and cool rafting rapids. A great park!

Worst thing that can happen to you on a sharp turn is get flipped over on to your belly while sliding, which you can just turn back over :)

it’s most likely you would never fall of f a disney ride or water slide they are engineered so specially and they always account every ossicle occasion so you really have nothing to worry about

Went there in 2006. Maybe not as exciting as Blizzard Beach, but I would still go back there. I just hope they add something where the old Shark Reef used to be. I am a little upset I didn't go in that pool when I was there, but back then I wasn't good at snorkeling.

Typhoon lagoon doesn't actually have any long lines, apart from miss adventure falls, but even that was under half an hour. Blizzard beach does have longer ones though.

Well this is meant to be the more family oriented of the 2 water parks Disney own. If you want thrills and long rides you head for Blizzard Beach or one of the outside parks like Volcano Bay or Aquatica.

Tier list SO GOOD IT GETS ITS OWN TIER- crush n gusher S- miss adventure falls, wave pool A- mayday falls and the other blue one B- lazy river C- gangplank F- the wait to get in the park So bad it gets its own tier- every fracking kid ride Never been on- storm slides and everything else

Why the heck does Disney hate having colored water slides and always go for the most bland and white color possible? It’s annoying to look at and just looks boring. That explains why volcano bay is such an eye catcher!!!

Hallo Freunde, könnte ich mal mit kommen in einen Park den ihr und ich noch nie gesehen haben? Würde echt gerne die Parks weltweit bereisen und hätte gerne selber einen. Ich hätte dann in meinem Park von jedem Hersteller, also Polin, Klarer, Wiegand Malzer jedes einzelne Model in meinem Park stehen. Also jede Attraktion die es auf dem Markt gibt 1 Stück in meinem Park. Ich hoffe jemand baut mal so etwas gigantisches :))
