All Route Tasks Locations - Nahverkehr Dresden - Train Sim World 2

This is a 31-minute video showing all 100 route tasks that you can find in the Rush Hour - Nahverkehr Dresden route for Train Sim World 2. The route tasks has as some older items as well as new additions and these are Route Maps, First Aid Kits, Spray Paint Cans, and Garden Gnomes. I also did demonstrated the new ticket checkers at are on this route as by request.
Collecting started from Riesa to Dresden by taking a RE50 service on a Talent 2 for easy outside access. I did got held up at Dresden Neustadt by a red signal due to being very late so continued on foot leaving the service behind for the reaming items before the Hbf. Then I took a IC service with the BR 101 to get the remains on the avoiding line.
Nothing on the Großenhain Branch and as well as the S1 Meißen Branch since it is a addition to the route. Meißen wasn't in yet at the time I had made this video but it is confirmed by DTG that it won't have any route task items at all.
Just to be warned at Röderau that you would have to enter on the east most entrance due to the game will give you a out of bounds error which brightens your whole screen to white and it would say "End of session: You have reached the edge of the represent area" if entering from the west. The tracks are shown on the map but I don't know why DTG didn't make that accessible. Irony that you do drive some freight services to or from there.
There is 25 each route task items to collect along the route.
Information about the route task items:
-Route Maps, this classic collectible since GWE. This time they will say "Dresden - Riesa" and show the route map on its format. These are found as a blank map with a dark blue highlight line on top. These are found in all stations in this route. The route format could change when the Meißen branch update and it is noticeable that one of the stations from that branch is on this map.
-First Aid Kits are found at stations and attached to walls or poles. These were previously seen on Rhein-Ruhr Osten, Schnellfahrstrecke Köln-Aachen, and LGV Méditerranée. These would be shown as a empty green first aid kit holder and when walked into, it will place a first aid kit.
-Spray Paint Cans are to be found near walls or where graffiti can appear. They appear as several cans along with paint under them. When collected, a black bag will appear making them all gone into the bag.
-Garden Gnomes are found everywhere in the route other than at stations, they will appear white as unpainted and when collected, it will the painted as a red gnome on a green stand. These are the most hidden collectible found in this route as can been seen in foliage so it is advised to turn the foliage to low if you can't see them. Quite frankly enough that one of them are on the airport S2 branch which was hard to get due to heavy foliage but a odd location for this collectible to appear due to lack of OHLE.
Please be aware and ignore my first aid kit count until Coswig as I had accidently collected the one at platforms 1 & 2 on There and Back again scenario.

For one I never run a timetable service while searching for route tasks, I tend to feel guilty about holding up passenger traffic on the route! At least in TSW4 (Where I am doing the route tasks for this route as I speak) I can just go on free roam....

for anyone using this part in the new tsw4 at 14.58 there is no wall in tws4 version but the location is the same just dont look for a wall

Thanks. For the last ones I couldn't use an IC 101 service because the engine seems bugged, it wouldn't release the brakes completely unless there is enough power applied, then the brakes would drop from 3.0 to 0.0 but with the carts attached the initial friction is too much to make the brakes give in. So I simply used a custom service instead for quick access.

There should be a brake key to turn in order to use the brakes. Also, freight with BR 185.5 and ICE services with ICE3M do run through the avoiding line.

@@NealTV8 I think it is a bug, I went through the whole start up procedure. Even decoupled the carts to see if it was the "Stuck brakes syndrome" and nope, it was the engine, but alone if I applied 10 force it would eventually drop the brakes to 0.0 and sprint out like a rocket. But as I said, with the carts coupled it is simply too much friction to force the brakes to drop.

@@erdvilla Strange, it could be the handbrake but if you try to move it then a warning would sound if you have it on. It could be AFB lever because it would hold if set to 0km/h. The brake key could be one of the reasons as well.

@@NealTV8 Tested everything. It only behaves like that there (unless they broke it game-wide for PS). It is strange it hold 3.0 and as the engine powers up (with no load) it suddenly frees it to 0.0.

Why does the counter on the number of First Aid stations collected go from 0/25 to 2/25 when you collect the 1st first aid station of the video at Riesa Station? Where is the 1st first aid station located? I’m always one behind you, meaning when I have found a first aid station, the counter will always be one less than your counter, even though it’s the same location. After I have found all of the collectables for the Dresden route, I will stop collecting the collectables and just play TSW for the trains. Looking for the collectables takes too much time , and it’s kinda pointless because the only thing you “win" is an achievement. That’s not much of a reward. Thank you for making these videos.

I got the first kit at Coswig by accident while doing the There and Back Again scenario while changing ends. I did always say to ignore the counters on my descriptions if I did collected one before making these videos because that is not the point of knowing the amount of where they are, they can be always be different from yours. So if I collected the first kit at Coswig then the counter should be correct from there on.
