The archive for that particular outlook was either never properly saved or missing altogether. Interestingly enough, June 25 had another similar error where a particular watch number was skipped over, meaning the website displays a "sorry for the inconvenience" message when attempting to navigate to it. You might've also noticed that one of the convective outlooks toward the end of the timelapse was written in blue text by mistake. Just goes to show that mistakes do happen.
