Oh my gosh, this video showed up in my YT feed tonight. My husband has never gotten the sugar push down in 20 years of dancing. I MUST share this variety with him. He has a hard time feeling and dancing to the rythym too, like you two easily danced, especially in the fast music. Loved it.

I really like the shake-hands hold sugar push myself. It allows for a powerful slow-down side-by-side instead of in front. Looks super nice and springy. I probably abuse it tho lol.

Eunice is great! I was lucky to be able to dance with her at Swingcouver a few years ago and she was great to me. Even though I was just a novice she made me feel really welcome. I love the content of the video, my local community has been sharing it a bunch. I'm trying to get better at mastering my basics myself though I'm not sure how to drill myself in a structured way to get better at variations so this content is great for me! Have a great day in Singapore, it's too expensive for me to go for westcoast but if you guys hit up Swingcouver again I hope I can buy you guys lunch or something! :p
