The Problem: wanting to be a body ... Solution: to step ‘above the battle ground’ (with your right mind) and look at your body/personality in a situation - and forgive ‘the whole thing, including you wanting to be a body 😊’ 🙏😇❤️

For my reference 😊 The only upset is that I have chosen to be an ego / separate self. 1) I am never upset for the reason I think. 2) I Step back and forgive myself for the 1 mistake I’m making- that right now I'm chosing to be a separate self, and then I’m looking to defend that separate self. (So I look at the fact I’m doing it and I don't judge myself, and now the alternative identity, the Holy Spirit rises in my mind!). 1hr51min

Regarding your forgiveness lesson Keith, would the answer be to laugh and still make your comment, and perhaps give your feedback at the end of your stay as a suggestion. If we are one, it has to be good for all parties.

Hi Keith, is the guilt we encounter in the world through others possibly layers or levels of personal guilt about things we have done in this lifetime stemming from the ancient original root guilt of separation from God? If so, could that original guilt be the same thing as Eckart Tolle’s concept of the collective pain body? At the end of a deeply spiritual experience, I felt the most agonizing emotion of isolation and fear of death that drove me into a panic that God didn’t exist and the only comforting thought was that “at least I have my girlfriend (hence the purpose of special relationships?) Thank you for your service!

Yes, they are both saying the same thing. We do have a pain body. Abandonment as a child will make me very sensitive to the slightest suggestion of abandonment later on. I will be experiencing all the old abandonment feelings in every new instance that suggests it. In this way, I'm not seeing what is. I am seeing the past in what is. I'm seeing my projections. The Course goes further though. All abandonment in this life is just a symbolic representation in the dream of separateness of my abandonment of God seen outside me. 'I'm NEVER upset for the reason I think" The personal or collective pain body is just an effect, not a cause. It's a symbol in the dream of the pain and self hatred inherent in separateness from God, in identifying as an ego. We don't have to follow the "circuitous routes of the ego" though. We only ever have to forgive what's in front of us - the new abandonment issue or the memory of the old abandonment issue. In this, the guilt over abandoning God is undone also. We don't need to do Psychotherapy on ourselves - only to forgive whatever is in front of us. Completely forgiving one abandonment issue undoes them all. Don't worry about or make a big deal about that panic over God not existing. "I am NEVER inset for the reason I think." All fear comes from identification as an ego and believing God is coming for me in vengeance. Just look at the fear with Jesus for what it is - the fear OF God, not that there's no God.

Yes, but it's the last illusion to fall. That's using the Course's vernacular - other Spiritual paths use language differently so it doesn't make them wrong. Jesus, speaking mythologically, says God takes the final step to undo consciousness. It's not a step we take. There's no one left to take a step as the last of separation's illusions fall away and God Is.

Some paths would say it that way. Ultimately, God is Beingness, not Awareness. God's Creation is created to share Fatherhood with him. That is to say, God's extension of Himself is still God, is created to know itself as the fullness of God's Infinite Being. Cause and Effect, Father and Son are One. You are that. Consciousness, split between the ego and Holy Spirit is itself a dream but we make our way out slowly with happy dreams of forgiveness before the undoing of Consciousness.

Don't worry about that. Awareness is where it's at for now. It will give way to Beingness.
