This is my favorite hotel. I stayed there three times and I love how mellow it is. Def recommend to families with autism!

You are allowed to pool hop staying here! But I've never done it. I believe you would just need your room key to show them you are staying there. I hope you have a great time!!

We did pool hoping once. We were at Portofino and walked to hardrock.

I would say this is better than sapphire cuz it has fast pass 😊 We always stay at the premier hotels. Can’t imagine not having fast pass.

Yes! Absolutely worth it. We have to stay at Portofino Bay next but Hard Rock was great too!

I am going next week and wondering about parking. Do you have to check in and get room cards before using the self parking? Don’t really want to do valet

No. You can just self park and you let them know what kind of vehicle. It's really easy 😊

You'll get an email usually the night before your stay. You can click the link in the email to check in. Very easy 😊
