To learn everything about traditional barbacoa, our host, Francisco Gómez travels to Actopan, Hidalgo in central-eastern Mexico. But first, Francisco heads to the Mezquital Valley to drink pulque, Mexico's oldest alcoholic beverage made by fermenting the sap of maguey, or agave.

Yeah like Rise of Fascism said it's a play on words. Vice in this case is turned into "Vais" which is the conjugation of the verb "ir" for vosotros. So in this case the guy is telling him to "Go and screw your mother."

Vice sounds like "vais" some people say "vais" instead of "vas y" that means "go and" that's why the guy said "vais y chingas a tu madre" because it rhymes. That's like a form of humor for some ppl. I love Spanish ❤😪 The translations are not as good man 😭😤

My parents are from Queretaro and always made barbacoa de borrego con su pulque al lado... I guess Qro is close to Hidalgo so it’s a regional thing. Delicious!
