Smiling when your team wins and crying when they lose.Those crazy ads and promos. Sony max jo deewana bana de and jhumping jhaapak. Really those were the days.

Lockdown kids will never understand the emotions behind these songs. IPL was actually a festival at that time, even the pre and post match show Extraa innings was as interesting as a match.

2011-2015 Best years of life. Summer vacations Going out with friends to play cricket in the park Returning back before 7:30 Sometimes during the day match of our favourite team, not going out to play. Childish rivalries with friends over IPL teams 😂 No career tension, no stress Just feeling the game.. Doing every superstition things in order to make our team win (even if it wasn't in our hands) Not going to the washroom untill the match is over despite high urgency Best moments of life ❤️

2010-2015 were the peak IPL seasons. Those were the days where I would eagerly wait for annual exams to get over to watch IPL matches. Will ask dad to buy a Deccan Chronicle english paper before Ipl season as they would have the schedule and team squad names in color. Would paste the schedule in bedroom door and will check on the matches for that day after waking at 9 30 10 am. Playing indoor games in morning with friends come home for lunch and chilled water in fridge. Then again would go to play cricket in the evening. Discussion with friends on previous matches and upcoming matches and rivalry with them. Then coming home at 6.30 then bathing and getting ready to watch the preshow in Set Max. What memories are those♥️ Would do everything to relive those days if I get a chance again

One can easily see that Sony celebrated IPL and made fans the bigger stakeholders, but ever since Star has acquired the rights, they made this a fierce as a competition and eventually resulted in rivalries rather than celebrating IPL as a India's biggest festival. Shame on you Star.

This reminded me those days of 2011 2012 and 2013 when I used to go school and after School I come back home tired , had lunch and sit in front of TV to watch Movies on Set Max with brothers and cousins and love to see these ads while having break. In short those days will never come back , I left home in 2013 for Hostel😢, and never went back to home after taking classes on daily basis , but after months as I am guest in my own home.💔.. literally, These little things hide lots of memories..

2016 is probably the best song if you remove emotions and nostalgia [Nostalgia(2013,2015 best) and Emotion(2018 best)]. But 2016 even if you remove emotions still it is such a pleasing and calming song.

I remember 2012 a year after india have won world cup. Extra innings T20 was playing in sony max. My father told me to watch tv with him. It was IPL, match of kkr in which Shakib al Hasan was playing. he got 3 wickets in that match and did some economical overs. I was very happy as my father was. Since then I fell in love with IPL. KKR won in that season. That final night was emotional. before the final over electricity was cut, our home didn’t Have any backup power sources to run a CRT television. So I went to bed. But all of a sudden electricity came back and I ran towards tv asap so my father did. 2 balls remaining and tiwary and shakib was in the crease. The rest is history. This video recalled that memory for me, and any Bangladeshis like me who watch IPL must love these epic songs every year they produce. ❤️
