They started playing together in - 03, as fifteen year old, playing in Rian's (the drummer) mom's basement. All through high school they played local shows on nights and weekends and after graduation they borrowed money to buy a van and started touring. Basement noise is about that, how they started out in the basement, writing music and dreaming of making it. They did a livestream about the album and Rian said that the first time he played that song to his mom she teared up!

But.. I do think that that Bryan deserves some of the credit! (Just my opinion, don't hate!)

I think you'd really love their album It's Still Nothing Personal, it's a ten year tribute to their album Nothing Personal. Listen for those backing vocals by my boi Zack, he's so under appreciated :')

Jack Barakat is the guitarist, Zack Merrick is the bassist, Rion Dawson is the drummer, and Alex Gaskarth is the singer. Also, you really should go through and look up/listen to the lyrics because there are quite a few songs with upbeat music, but the lyrics seem to be addressing things like toxic relationships.

Basement noise is about them growing up in the band. If you listen you can hear him say “hit the road, 18 on 83.” They formed that band in high school and have been in the same band ever since, just the four of them. They have been a band since 2003 and are such amazing people. This song is reminiscing on when they were young and seeing all of their accomplishments as a band and how far they have come. I’m so proud of them.

As much as I love Rian Dawson for those breathtaking drums, can we please appreciate the bass as well? Zack Merrick!! How the hell does he do it? Especially in songs like Getaway Green, the bassline is so nice!

lol, I was *waiting* to see your reaction to Clumsy and that out of fucking *nowhere* screaming on Glitter & Crimson. Fave parts of the album. Your reaction did not disappoint, lol. All Time Low is my favorite band, and Alex is one of my favorite vocalists, he's so charismatic on the mic. tbh, you should probably just do an album reaction to all of their albums, especially So Wrong, It's Right; Nothing Personal(and the 10th anniversary rerecord); and Don't Panic. Special mention goes to Future Hearts. Also, you should totally look up their single Toxic Valentine.

Fun fact: both all time low and the band CAMINO were supposed to tour this year with 5sos (atl in europe and tbc in the us) ,fortunatly the tour will be next year and won't be cancel completely

You’re cracking me up! This album came out at the right time, it was what I needed. I already loved ATL and this just put it at forever! The drummer is amazing, I love watching him, but everybody is fabulous. Alex’s voice kills me all the vocals are top notch. It’s my favorite album of all time, and I’m old and have heard a lot.
