• the other day i was watching one of those 'the floor is lava' couples tiktok and i thought, 'this is such a serenate thing', and when i saw i ended up here. i blame annelli0ts recent dair video to this version. but i guess someday someone would vid serenate to this song, so let it be me.
• a bit of an au... black and white parts are supposed to be happening 13 years post the sheppard wedding, or 2 years after ds wedding and inevitable divorce. recently divorced serena sees a pic of nate in a gala, it sets her down memory lane, and she comes back to him in the end :)
• i'm barely here anymore but i love that serenate is loved by everyone nowadays lol we were always on the right side of history. nothing changes my mind that serena found her way back to nate later in life. look at how much she loved him.
