It was. And yet it wasn't as innovative as 2 or had the roster of 3. This is why Budokai died. Subsequently why Budokai Tenkaichi is also dead.

@@jayjay86443 no, the main reason was cause the time it came most ppl moved to ps3 games and by that time games like dbzx started coming so when it came it didn't sell much cause it was pretty much dbz b3 but better
