no, it wont give you proper results. led dots will be visible . for profile lightening minimum 240 LED Strip is required

That means the 5 meter 600 led neon light uses 24 watt energy(12v dc 2 amp) and generates 5 watt led buld equipment output. So it will not be advisable to use as pendent ring light in living room.
