The material used is Foam board of thickness 5 mm. You can use sunboard or cardboard instead of foam board. Also, please just go through other comments before asking any doubts, I have answered most of them a lot of times.

i use front from thermocol and back, left,right from card and kiosk dome from aata and fill with chalk i seach very long time but now i clear and make very well

Omg I LOOOOOVE this model❤ My group mates were also very amazed✨ GREAT JOB INDEED! I have read most comments/ replies but I think I haven't read any that talks about the tools used. May we know what were the names of the tools used, please? That would really be a big help since our project is due next month :"( I've also seen these tools in other arts and crafts videos but I'm still not able to identify their names exactly. I'm only familiar with the x-acto knife :"((

what is the thickness of the foam boards that you have used? And can i use mount board or sun board instead of foam board? Although i don't know much difference between them. I saw pictures of mount board and it looked similar to the foam board that u've used.

+anya tandon The thickness is 5 mm. You can use sun board but not mount board because the latter one is not easy to cut as compared to foamboard and doesn't give good finish.

Ok! I got 3 sheets of sun board....but the thickness of it is just 2 mm. Would 3 sheets be enough? Couldn't get thicker than that! :/ Furthermore, the link that you've provided for buying foam board...its kinda expensive! And I belong to a place where foamboard is not available in any stationary shop. Now, if the model doesn't turn out to be good with this sun board.....i would have to order that foamboard online.

+anya tandon The only problem i see with sunboard is the part where you have to do half cuts. Other than that, you can use it and it will give a better finish than foamboard. Try being extra careful and patient while making curves (half cuts) and if you can go through it, you have my wishes :)

Ok i tried making this facade! I was cutting it and the blade broke! :/ And this sun board is too thin yaar....the shopkeeper told me that you won't get it thicker than 2 mm. It is so thin and i tried cutting it with scissors and it worked.....but its not looking neat! Sun board is fragile......it can tear instantly if u commit some mistake. How much time did it take you to build this model? It needs a lot of patience man!!

+anya tandon I lost the count while making this model when days turned into months :D I agree that it's hard and requires a hell lot of patience but in your case, it's the foamboard. Try finding it online if you can get it at a lower price as compared to the link I gave.
