I lived in Singapore for so long and didn’t know there’s awesome Italian buffet… I am drooling now over the cheese selection! I will visit and pair these awesome cheese with salted crackers the next time I plan my birthday celebration with my family.

I dig the fact that you admit you’re not a cheese expert, but you love burrata. I make my own cheeses. I’m still not an expert by any means. I know what I like, though, and burrata is one of my favorites too.

I realized all the other buffet videographers always move so fast when videoing the foods (in particular that famous beautiful french buffet) that you can't see the foods! you take your time, love it! except in this one, sounds like you were in a hurry? hope not. glad to see how much you enjoy those salads!!!!!! They used to serve free flow pan-fried foie gras and pasta fresh from the pan in that cheese room..A chef would be stationed there to prepare the order as diners helped themselves to the cheese spread.

Mike, do note that every Donki store you go to has some subtle differences in their ready to eat food options and bento boxes. For a decent pudding, can consider getting from any Chateraise outlet.
