Great video. I’m in South Africa and we’ve got a long flowering season/summer. Mid summer is usually too hot for roses and most go dormant until cooler weather arrives in autumn. I grow R.’My Granny’, an offspring of R.’The Fairy’, with a similar growth habit. It’s one of the roses in my garden that’s almost always in bloom, even during our hottest months. Not fragrant, but makes up for it in flower power! Highly recommended! What a joy to have in the garden. ❤🌹🥰 Thanks for your great informative videos and keep up the good work (well researched, professionally presented and edited).

white flower farm.com is selling the bare root of fairy rose. I just bought it on line with the bare root strawberry. I am supposed to get in through mail in March

Thank you for this great video. I'll buy these roses for my garden tomorrow. Question, if I want the rosebush to be really wide and "take over", can I then prune like you showed on the second rose bush?

Thanks for the wonderful video. I have a query on planting the bud union below the soil. Usually people suggest to keep it above the soil level to avoid diseases like crown gall. Please let know your views. Thanks Arun. D.

❤ This video: clear explanations and visuals. What zone are you growing it in? I am in Northern-Quebec-zone 4. I have clay soil so I think that with the addition of compost to the soil 😅this rose will be very happy here 🌸.

What is the name of the fertilizer balls you said you used on the fairy rose in spring and how often during the season do you use it. I have only used Bayer or Advanced 3 in one rose food.
