23 күн бұрынAs we all know, BeamNG is still an unfinished game. Bugs and other errors are nothing unusual, and sometimes they can ruin your whole mood in a matter of seconds. In today's video, I have prepared a compilation of what you can experience in BeamNG. Enjoy. :)

The audacity of BeamNG AI is unreal, they cause a car crash and then they honk at you for that.

sometimes on the autobahn when im passing the ai while they are going 90kmh and im going 100kmh with a *trailer*..they decide to swerve into me when i pass them, they either end up flying into the car next to them or just becoming crumpled by my massive 30ft gooseneck dually wheels

@@damanchur604 any halfshaft damage on AWD cars and you're finished. RWD and FWD only on the driven axle, 4WD just chilling, you can have one wheel working and figure something out

I feel like that's how every BeamNG user feels like when any car you like goes outdated. It's like you said in your second mod video at one point you're enjoying your favorite car and then a game update comes and completely breaks it and then you have another favorite car and the cycle starts all over again

The low FPS is exactly how I play BeamNG (albeit with the graphics set lower than potato to get a whopping 12 FPS)

there should be an "Ai Stupidity" slider because when I want to realistically crash a car into traffic they get like albert einstein level iq but when I try to drive without crashing the AI turns into a jellyfish (jellyfish do not own the item called: brain) Also an annoying things is when a mod messes with a vanilla cars textures. for example ibishu kashira gen 2: makes all glass on the bluebuck blue (honestly fits the name but still looks bad, especially the headlights)

When you're downloading old mods,make sure that you check for broken windows,lights,body UV's,sounds,instabilities and many more.

I stopped using mods because it had gotten so bad that at one point I had to use tinted windows on the Roamer because normal ones had no texture. It's kind of my own fault for having mods that I haven't updated since the weird paint era which was idk bellow version 0.20 so like 4 years ago lol

In Beam you pay with FPS and gui load times. An update costs around 15-20FPS. A simple mod is about +5 secounds of vehicle selector load times.

You forgot one :) When you are on menu and go to a map to spawn, there's a very rare chance to not spawn on map but reentering the menu again. And when you try the second time, it repeats. To fix it, just close the game and open it again and it's fixed.

I know that bug, just try to open the World editor or open the replays if you have the chance, you don't have to restart the whole game. :D

AI being stupid shines a lot more when you set the risk to 2,which makes them fast,but unable to take a single corner even in a race car,lower risk makes them painfully slow and still they sometimes fail to turn

bro, i can relate to the missing textures SO MUCH. i'm the type of beamng player to try and make realistic crashes, and then i replay it to look at how cool it was only to notice that the trees in the background have missing textures

When it's been a while without cleaning Beamng and you need to do a fully fresh reinstall, so you loose your 240 automation cars because automation updated and it deleted your old cars too

I have never had such problems!! Especially with the launch of traffic. By the way, the more you drive with traffic, the more it learns, for example, bots on the American Road map have learned to drive under bridges and not try to drive over a support. The bots also started to get used to the fact that I can fast rebuild in the lanes)

The thing that’s pained me the most is script AI. With a few cars it’s fine. However, if I’m doing a big scenario with a lot of cars, the script AI for the later cars is just slightly off from the lag. That’s not the worst part. Then if you have to change one of the focus cars’ and their AI path, it throws everything off, even if it’s only 40fps. I’ll admit, I’ve rage quit a few times from that, because it only happens when you’re so close to finishing.

When even the 'own' mods miss textures, like the ETK I-series headlights. Crash one of these cars and you see, 'no textures' is like, wtf. And yes, when the 'other'' mods are suddenly getting outdated. It is very, very sad.

to anyone that wants to play beamng on a old laptop like me: Set everything like texture and quality to the lowest (not low, set it to LOWEST) it will help the game run much much smoother. hope this helps
